In order to improve our experience of life, we first have to heal, clear and empower weaknesses and blocks in the aura’s layers of spirit, mind and emotion. These are the foundations on which physical reality is built. This is as true for personal healing as for the world as a whole.\u00a0 Until that occurs trying to change the physical is like trying to build a house on a marshy foundation.<\/p>\n

My Ascension Group and I met last week to work with old foundations that have brought us to our current set of challenges in the USA, throughout humanity and for the planet.\u00a0 We were directed to bring healing to Post Traumatic Stress from the years 1930-1955. To address issues left over from the Great Depression, WWII, Nazism, Fascism, Communism, Nuclear testing and bombings and the Cold War.\u00a0 We didn\u2019t directly work with finances, government and war, but rather worked with releasing the trauma people, soul groups, countries and the planet are still holding from those times.\u00a0 Releasing these blocks and healing retroactively back to those experiences opens us all to be able to embrace the present opportunities with more openness to positive outcomes and to ascension.<\/p>\n

Where old traumas are unhealed people\u2019s emotions and minds get stuck in a negative reactive state that could include symptoms like dissociation, inability to listen to others or really show up and respond fully to what is going on presently, difficulty realizing there are new choices and positive options available, a tendency to react with anger, fear, shame, blame, guilt, defensiveness, greed, depression and judgmentalism.\u00a0 The damaged aspects of soul are inclined to recreate the same problems repeatedly in slightly different ways.\u00a0 Healing breaks this cycle of negativity and makes true change and positive options possible.<\/p>\n

It takes a deliberate choice to respond to physical challenges by seeking the root issues behind the problems.\u00a0 But when we release the blocks and heal the traumas, the pure energies of life can begin to rebuild the energy field, creating a strong foundation on which to grow a new experience.\u00a0 This is the process I call healing and ascension.<\/p>\n
