It\u2019s the season for viruses and about half of them this year are ascension viruses, designed to clear out old stuff in your body, soul and genetic makeup that you don\u2019t need and update you into greater unity with your Higher Self.\u00a0 How can you work with this process to accomplish the most with the least discomfort?<\/p>\n

To accomplish the work that the current virus I see is doing usually takes 3 \u2013 5 days, and then there is the \u201cafterglow\u201d of the recovery phase.\u00a0 This virus seems to be mimicking strep throat, but without the white patches on the throat —\u00a0 very intense sore throat, for a day or two, followed by swollen and runny nose, some bronchial complications.\u00a0 Not fun, but at least you now know it is accomplishing something that is extremely valuable.\u00a0 Miserable but valuable!<\/p>\n

I\u2019m not a doctor, so am not allowed to prescribe, however these are things that I find helpful which you can try too:<\/p>\n

1 \u2013 Grounding and keeping an open heart chakra helps things to clear and update most efficiently.\u00a0 My favorite tools for these two things are Inner Wisdom and Be A Tree** — see the links at the end of this post for video instructions on these processes if you need them.<\/p>\n

2 \u2013 Gargle with very warm salt water for the sore throat \u2013 helps a lot, soothes and speeds the clearing.<\/p>\n

3 \u2013 Take a sea salt bath \u2013 1.5 cups sea salt to a tub \u2013 or \u00bc cup in a foot soak \u2013 sea salt clears physical and psychic toxicity, helping the virus do its job more easily.\u00a0 It also helps you feel better.<\/p>\n

4 \u2013 Vinegar bath \u2013 1\/3 to 1\/2 cup cider vinegar to a tub.\u00a0 This neutralizes the PH of your body, helps to clear physical and psychic toxins and makes you feel better.<\/p>\n

5 \u2013 Organic Throat Coat Tea by Traditional Medicinals (available at Meijers and Health Food Stores) is amazing for soothing throats and sinuses, and unblocking plugged sinuses.\u00a0 I use a double dose \u2013 two bags to 16 oz boiling water and follow the instructions for best benefits.\u00a0 One helps, but two is better!<\/p>\n

6 \u2013 Raw Vitamin C by Garden of Life in their Vitamin Code line \u2013 this is a whole food C instead of the usual varieties which can make you acidic and which I can\u2019t use for that reason.\u00a0 This tastes good and is food so if you don\u2019t like capsules you can mix it with water or juice.<\/p>\n

7 \u2013 Energize your water by putting it in the sun in a glass container. Even better you can put words on the outside that support what you are working on strengthening in your life such as \u2013 love, peace, self-confidence, gratitude, etc.\u00a0 15 minutes or more in the sun will give your water electrolytes and re-awaken its healthy, joyful, vital energies after its trip through the public water system!\u00a0 Your body is mostly water, so it makes sense to use energetically lively water!<\/p>\n

If you find yourself with a virus, there is a good chance it is there to help you to ascend.\u00a0 Sometimes you can avoid the whole process by meditating on what you need the virus to achieve.\u00a0 If it is something you can initiate for yourself then you may be able to shorten the length of the virus, diminish the intensity or avoid it altogether!\u00a0 But if not, once you have tried those of my suggestions that feel right to you, then rest and let it do its work on your behalf.<\/p>\n
