My primary doctor asked me how my healings work.\u00a0 I believe he was surprised by how a problem I\u2019d been experiencing had resolved and that he wanted to understand what I did to facilitate that.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s not entirely easy to explain how I do what I do for people, pets and the planet!\u00a0 His question made me realize that though some of you have been reading my blog for a long time, probably had some healing sessions and even taken classes with me, still the nuts and bolts of healing and ascension work may seem almost magical and mysterious.\u00a0 It does so even to me, because I am always on the cutting edge and learning.\u00a0 But there are certain elements which are essential and that anyone can use who is willing.<\/p>\n
The processes of healing, transformation and ascension always include the following elements in some way:<\/p>\n
1) An open heart \u2013 the heart chakra in the middle of the chest area is an aura organ whose complex job includes being a transformer and a unifier. Through the open heart we connect with our true selves and that allows toxicity and disease to clear and healing to be received.<\/p>\n
2) A connection to Source \u2013 by whatever name you call this \u2013 God, Higher Power, Essence of Truth, Oneness \u2026 this is our home.\u00a0 We are a part of that Oneness, though we can forget that while in our human experience.\u00a0 Disease of any kind is an experience that only exists in a state of separation from this unity.\u00a0 In that Oneness all is whole and well.\u00a0 So in order for our human selves to heal, we need to reach beyond our limited and separate states and connect to our Higher Self which is one with the One.\u00a0 Through this connection the potential for wholeness is brought into our lives and world.<\/p>\n
3) Ground \u2013 Even with an open heart and a connection to the Source, healing can\u2019t happen if there isn\u2019t sufficient connection with physical reality.\u00a0 This connection comes through when our spirit is grounded through our auras, bodies and into the physical world.\u00a0 With sufficient ground the influence of the Source and our Higher Selves can work through our open heart to enter into our physical reality to heal and uplift.<\/p>\n
These three elements are the essential pieces of any healing.\u00a0 When I work with healing the whole world and beyond our world throughout creation to the beginning of time, I have to figure out how to bring sufficient ground into all of it.\u00a0 I also have to access the One on a much bigger scale than for an individual healing.\u00a0 Also my heart chakra has to open to all that is, not just my own Higher Self.\u00a0 \u00a0For 34 years I have been building these muscles and it has taken me to places I can\u2019t begin to explain sufficiently to you.\u00a0 I am grateful for this journey I am on.<\/p>\n
All of us are connected to the whole of creation because we are each individual focuses of the Source.\u00a0 So when any of us opens to this process, we provide avenues for healing for others that we can\u2019t really understand fully.\u00a0 But if you think of the world as a vast tapestry holding an image of reality, that can be a useful metaphor.\u00a0 The tapestry we see was designed for the journey of the old world and yet there is a new tapestry coming to the fore and it is somewhat hidden by the old one.\u00a0 Each time we accept healing, open to forgiveness, ground our Higher Self into the world and through that the One Source, it is like pulling a thread out of the backing of the old world tapestry and allowing the beauty of the new world tapestry to shine through a little bit more, into our experience on Earth.<\/p>\n
When I do a healing or teach a class, I create the ground and the unity with Source so all a participant has to do for themselves is open their heart.\u00a0 That allows me to work with their Higher Self and healing can start.\u00a0 But I\u2019m never satisfied with just doing that.\u00a0 I always want to teach people to do this for themselves so they can become a vehicle for love and healing in their own lives and in the world; even when we aren\u2019t together.\u00a0 A lot more gets accomplished when we all do our personal piece. This is why I love writing this blog and am so grateful that you read it and share it, and hopefully use these tools in whatever way you are ready for.\u00a0 Thank you.<\/p>\n
It is a pleasure to work in more depth with those in my classes. \u00a0In that setting we can address their individual processes and help them grow these skills, soul muscles and abilities; and to heal their old world blocks and diseases.\u00a0 There is always an essential soul building gift in our circumstances!\u00a0 So it isn\u2019t just a matter of clearing; but of empowering, understanding and fulfilling a greater purpose that precedes a shift up, to a higher level of unity and wholeness.\u00a0 This is healing and ascension.<\/p>\n
