Fall is a time of letting go; and even for those who love this season there can be a sense of loss.\u00a0 Any time we have to let something go it can bring up other feelings from our past or present that need to be released too, helping us to heal even more deeply than we could before.<\/p>\n
Do you ever experience a kind of generalized sadness in the fall, though often accompanied by other more positive feelings such as gladness and expectation?\u00a0 It can be kind of confusing, and we may be inclined to lump the sad part into \u201cseasonal affected disorder\u201d or the time of the month!\u00a0 But what may be happening as we let go of the joyful, spiritual summer energy is a light form of grief as we are falling back into a more inward focus.\u00a0 This transition is both joyful and sad and a wonderful opportunity for some really gentle healing.<\/p>\n
Grief is an emotional process that requires us to surrender; to melt a bit inside.\u00a0 It is something which can build up \u2013 all unreleased grief and sadness combines and can weigh on our hearts and souls.\u00a0 It is good to surrender, to melt, to allow the release of these feelings which all show up together.\u00a0 When we do this we can then handle any loss and transition more gracefully and live with a lighter heart and mind.<\/p>\n
Grief, loss or sadness can be released like this: \u00a0a wave of emotion, tears, heart opening to Higher Love so the emotion can be a cleansing wash.\u00a0 \u00a0This soon leads into a wellspring of gratitude and thankfulness for the good we had; and for the good which will come again in a new way in the future.\u00a0 Love is forever, but our human experience in the world is always seasonal.\u00a0 When we surrender what we loved and had, we are making room for the next opportunity.\u00a0 It will be different!\u00a0 There is more to the blessings of life than we can ever know, and the linear experience of time requires us to be sequential in our experiences.\u00a0 So when we let go, we need to be open for what comes next without expecting it to be the same as before.\u00a0 These emotions come and go in waves over time — days, months, years for the big things.\u00a0 When we are open-hearted to this process of healing each wave of release leaves us with a lighter heart, mind and soul.<\/p>\n
During this time of ascension, we are all releasing so much from the old world.\u00a0 The things we experience now are connected to our biggest and oldest soul contracts and jobs.\u00a0 Our time in the old world is limited as we move quickly into the new world experience.\u00a0 So we are all busy completing these opportunities before they release fully as the old world passes.\u00a0 Learning to let go is probably our greatest challenge and gift of this time on Earth.<\/p>\n
Below is a simple tool to help you to let go.<\/p>\n
Working With Your Angel<\/p>\n
Most people on Earth were angels in their very early experiences at the dawn of creation.\u00a0 The angel self has stayed in that pure place of unity with the One as we then moved into the journey of incarnation and individuation.\u00a0 In recent years we have come close enough to our Higher Selves to be able to join with our angel selves from within our human experience.\u00a0 By bringing the experience of unity with the One to us in our human souls, our angels are teaching us to surrender the old and be open to the new as we ascend back into wholeness.\u00a0 Below is a way to work with your angel.<\/p>\n
1) Breathe into your body and give yourself an inner hug<\/p>\n
2) Let your breath bring your focus into your new world heart chakra in the middle of your chest<\/p>\n
3) Welcome your heart chakra to open back and front and to expand outward which connects you with Higher Love<\/p>\n
4) Deep within your heart, welcome the presence of your Inner Wisdom \u2013 seed of your eternal true self.\u00a0 Center within your Inner Wisdom in your heart chakra to continue this exercise, allowing your mind to watch but to take a back seat so your Inner Wisdom can direct your experience<\/p>\n
5) From your Inner Wisdom, invite your Higher Self to welcome the essence of truth of your Angel Self into your heart and soul<\/p>\n
6) Invite your angel wings to enfold you, body and soul<\/p>\n
7) Open your heart to the angel asking for help releasing uncomfortable emotions from the seasonal shift, from your past in this lifetime, from circumstances in our world \u2013 anything which is ready to be healed<\/p>\n
8) Let the emotions wash flow through your open heart, body and soul, into the healing love of the angel so the angel can transmute them into unconditional love.<\/p>\n
9) Welcome unconditional love and healing to bring your true self, wholeness, trust and freedom to your soul and your life.<\/p>\n
10) Invite your angel self to help you through your days and nights, reminding you of your unity, wholeness and true being; helping you to keep an open heart through all the seasons of your life.<\/p>\n
