Fall Equinox is next Monday.\u00a0 I just love these quarterly landmarks we call equinox and solstice.\u00a0 They give us a point of perspective from which to note the changes and progress in our world since the last time they came around.\u00a0 I\u2019m excited about where we are compared to last fall!<\/p>\n
This week is my 60th<\/sup> Birthday so fall has always felt like coming home to me.\u00a0 Summer is like a big party on the planet!\u00a0 For someone as telepathic as I am it is psychically loud, exciting, dramatic, enchanting, even distracting.\u00a0 Summer is an energy that calls us out of our limited focus of self and into the cosmic energy of the sun.\u00a0 We expand emotionally, mentally and spiritually \u2013 lifted up into greater unity with all life.\u00a0 Fall is the time we are drawn back to earth — home to ourselves — and some may find that a bit dull.\u00a0 But for me it is the quiet after the party and most welcome.\u00a0 Winter will be quieter still, something I love about it.<\/p>\n Today as I prepared to write to you, I took the opportunity to compare the new world energy of nature to how it was last fall.\u00a0 This fall the new world feels exceptionally rich and complex, almost heady!\u00a0 I find it easy to ground into and I believe I could say even stronger than the old world nature energy.\u00a0 This is the first time I could say that.\u00a0 There is a lot of depth to it, where in the past it felt like a shallow layer lying just above the ground.\u00a0 Today it feels as though it extends way into the planet.\u00a0 Wow!\u00a0 These changes have come gradually and so I hadn\u2019t really noticed until today.<\/p>\n As we return from summer expansion to a more personal focus each fall, we are bringing with us personal gifts from the cosmos to empower our growth and ascension.\u00a0 Summer expansion puts us in touch more with our higher spiritual energies and they in turn are unified with all the wisdom and love of the universe.\u00a0 The gifts we receive are seeds to awaken our own inner truth, potential and direction. They make us \u201cpregnant\u201d with ourselves \u2013 fertilized by spirit to grow our truth.\u00a0 Like any pregnancy we find ourselves grounded into a state of inner work and nurture for the impending birth which comes with Winter Solstice and the movement toward spring.<\/p>\n Through nature this year, our world has received a strong impulse toward the new world.\u00a0 This withdraws focus and energy increasingly from the old world which is good! \u00a0More than ever we will benefit by being focused in our new world selves and in the new world.\u00a0 Within that focus, we will be immersed in the increasing richness and depth of the new world; which will support and energize us in our lives.\u00a0 If we let ourselves fall back into the judgment and fear of the old world experience it will likely feel increasingly barren and hopeless \u2013 whether in nature or in the human environment as well. \u00a0Be prepared for this and recognize it so you can simply avoid doing that.\u00a0 Kind of like you recognize a big muddy puddle and choose to step over or walk around it!\u00a0 Make this a habit and it will not feel like a problem to do so.<\/p>\n I teach how to live in your new world self in my three videos: Eve\u2019s 3 Most Important Things — available here on this site when you search on the home page, and also on my YouTube Site: Eve Wilson Bridge to Wholeness.\u00a0 But on this blog site you will also receive written background which may help.\u00a0 Below I will give you the short version:<\/p>\n Live in Your New World Self:<\/p>\n 1) Breathe into your body and give yourself a big hug inside from toe to crown \u2013 as though you are hugging the most precious, most important person in your life.<\/p>\n 2) Allow your breath to carry your focus into your new world heart chakra in the middle of your chest (same place as the old heart chakra but higher vibration) and center there as though you are looking out at the world through your heart.<\/p>\n – When you are there, you will feel like your heart is the focus and not your head.\u00a0 If you still feel top-heavy start over again.\u00a0 Allow your inner hug to bring you into your whole body and let your head just be a part of it, not the focus of it.<\/p>\n 3) From your heart, ask your Inner Wisdom to ground you into your new world self, in the new world.<\/p>\n 4) Ask to be supported within the new world nursery which is a spiritual support system to help you hold that focus until you can do it yourself more fully.<\/p>\n 5) Enjoy the lighter and richer experience of life from your new world self!\u00a0 When you catch yourself falling back into fear, anxiety or judgment you can repeat these steps.\u00a0 As you get in the habit it is easy to step around the old world puddle or return to your new world self if you land in it by accident.<\/p>\n 6) The videos I mentioned above will give you a much more comprehensive set of instructions.\u00a0 Video #3 refreshes the lessons in #s 1 & 2 and is short, so you can use it anytime you need it.<\/p>\n Thank you friends for choosing your new world selves and making the new world stronger for all of us!\u00a0 You are a blessing.<\/p>\n Thank you also for your comments, shares and likes!\u00a0 It helps people find this information and I feel honored that you do.\u00a0 If you would like to give me a BIG Birthday Present<\/strong> you could click this link www.amazon.com\/books<\/a> \u00a0to rate my book Riding the Wave of Change if you have read it!\u00a0 That helps me on google searches.\u00a0 Thanks so much when you do!\u00a0 It is easy and fun, and is more about the number of ratings I receive than the number of stars you give.<\/p>\n Blessings and love for a wonderful new-world fall experience!\u00a0 It\u2019s great to be on the planet with you my friends, Eve<\/p>\n P.S.
