Ascending minds into unity with eternal true self relieves stress and is a big step on our way to ascension. For so long we have relied on our minds to define reality for us.\u00a0 Between the push of social, political and religious belief systems and instinctual reactions, our minds have seemed to be a place of rational discernment and choice.\u00a0 But when we ascend into greater unity with our spiritual roots we find there a whole level of reality which gives us the perspective on life which we need.\u00a0 In order to benefit by that reality, our minds have to open to the possibility that there is a higher intelligence available within us which flows direct from The Source of All Life through our Higher Selves.<\/p>\n

Some minds are naturally open to this level, having a strong spiritual gift of intuition or a natural strength of instinct which have kept them fluid and open.\u00a0 Some minds are very strong and this creates a structured quality to their energy which demands that everything show up the way they expect or desire.\u00a0 All of these are gifts when merged with the higher intelligence and love of our Higher Selves.<\/p>\n

Mind brings focus to our human lives.\u00a0 Think of it as your binoculars or the lenses of your eyes.\u00a0 Where there is not enough focus on what is presently needed to be seen, things may be vague and not a lot is accomplished.\u00a0 Where there is a strong focus a lot can be done, but if that focus is too narrow or pointed in a way which isn’t really pertinent, we can become distracted and not even know we are off our path.\u00a0 Deliberately choosing to bring our Higher Self into unity with our mind, within our moment by moment reality, creates a purposeful focus in our lives.\u00a0 Learning to allow that true power to direct our minds to what is essential in each circumstance, we become an instrument of higher intelligence and love within the world.<\/p>\n

In my classes and healings I train people to do this because it is so essential to our self-realization and fulfillment within the world.\u00a0 It is one of the most important things we can do in our lives, allowing us to climb the stairway of ascension with ease and strength! A simple way to begin this unifying of eternal true self and human mind is to learn to live focused through your heart instead of your head.\u00a0 An open heart chakra is an open door between all levels of our being.\u00a0 It has the gift of unifying mind, emotion, body and spirit.\u00a0 It also allows us to change and to heal; by releasing old blocks and opening us to higher intelligence and love.<\/p>\n

A further step is to learn to live grounded in your body and balanced in all your chakras while keeping an open heart chakra and welcoming Higher Self to be present in your mind, feelings and will.<\/p>\n
