How do you know you are ascending? What symptoms and experiences can you expect? The process of transformation called ascension shows up in every aspect of our lives; but how will you feel<\/strong> physically while you are ascending?<\/p>\n

Some days during the ascension journey you will feel a greater sense of wholeness, health and well-being than every before.\u00a0 It will be as though you are ON and everything is working together joyfully, smoothly and efficiently!\u00a0 Other days you will feel like everything is falling apart in your body.\u00a0 You may have various aches, pains, stiffness, inflammation or viruses. You may feel like the harder you try to achieve the goals of your day, the more you find yourself dragging energetically and falling behind.\u00a0 Then in the next phase you will feel ON again and will catch up faster and easier than ever, and have extra time for things you desire to do.\u00a0 These experiences are some of the waves of change that I wrote about in Riding the Wave of Change – Hope, Healing and Spiritual Growth for Our World.\u00a0 Some of these cycles will last for a week or two, some will last for just part of a day.\u00a0 But like the weather, one thing you can count on is that whatever you are experiencing presently, it will change!<\/p>\n

Sometimes during physical ascension you may have symptoms which appear to be a serious disease.\u00a0 But over time you discover that what appears to be disease, is really something working out through your body making things wonky<\/em> for a bit.\u00a0 I would encourage you to remain calm, but you may still want to get checked out medically.\u00a0 Then also use your tools for healing and ascension such as I teach on this site and in my classes to see if you can shift up to the next stage of ascension.\u00a0 There you may find that the problem resolves or isn’t as bad as it first presented itself to be.\u00a0 A healing treatment may help you move you through whatever blocks are trying to clear so the symptoms resolve fully.\u00a0 Then you can enjoy living in the next phase of wholeness and well-being where you will feel better than ever.<\/p>\n

Symptoms usually appear in parts of your body which have a tendency to be weak anyway. You may get a series of issues in those areas, and it can become very uncomfortable and worrisome. They can be strengthened in their new world selves through tools like “Be A Tree” and “Power Animals” (I need to create a Power Animal Video for you, but in the mean time I do have this on MP3 for $10 if you would like to use this amazing tool!).\u00a0 As you strengthen those aspects of your body they will be able to work through what is trying to clear more quickly while staying more comfortable and whole.<\/p>\n

During ascension diseases are caused by old-world blocks which are releasing out out of your own body and soul.\u00a0 They may be hereditary, unresolved childhood issues, or past life.\u00a0 They may be physical, emotional, mental or spiritual.\u00a0 But what they all have in common are two things: 1) They are energy which is stuck in a negative old-world state. 2) They are trying to return to unity with Higher Intelligence and Love.\u00a0 The tools I teach create that unity, and help the blocks achieve their goal so they can leave your body in greater comfort. Often you just need to get yourself tuned up and then you can step right into your new-world self where everything is fine.\u00a0 Then something old-world pushes your buttons and suddenly you are stuck in discomfort again.\u00a0 Learn the new-world tools that help you to step right back into your new-world experience so you can enjoy yourself and feel good!<\/p>\n

Over the past 60 years old-world energies have been on an exponential curve of transformation.\u00a0 Prior to that time things were pretty stuck.\u00a0 But individuals and society have been strongly influenced over these years by a trend toward truth-seeking and a desire for greater love and compassion.\u00a0 This journey could often be described as “floundering toward the light”, however it has been effective nonetheless. The impulse of ascension within our world has been determinedly motivating us to seek and remember who we are so we can let go of the illusions of our old-world experience.\u00a0 We are entering the new-world inevitably and strongly!<\/p>\n
