{"id":1793,"date":"2018-06-15T04:02:17","date_gmt":"2018-06-15T08:02:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=1793"},"modified":"2023-07-02T23:49:35","modified_gmt":"2023-07-03T03:49:35","slug":"your-new-world-experience","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=1793","title":{"rendered":"Your New World Experience"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Strengthening your new world experience is easy to do and\u00a0brings relief, relaxation and joy to your life.\u00a0 You will love living more fully in the new world even during this transition period!<\/p>\n<p>During my walk\u00a0yesterday I was impressed by the increased strength and definition of the new world within nature.\u00a0 Where last year\u00a0the new world\u00a0seemed like a slightly opaque milky substructure &#8212; almost like a picture negative but in white &#8212;\u00a0it now has depth, weight and color!\u00a0 The new world has grown so much stronger!<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the old world has become more dysfunctional, which is what we expected, however even for those of us well-versed in this process, it can feel discouraging.\u00a0 This is why it is so important for us to focus on our new world experience and strengthen our awareness and ability to live within that lovely energy.\u00a0 It is life-sustaining and essential for sensitive people during this transition.<\/p>\n<p>As I said, it really is easy to strengthen your new world experience, however if you do it regularly it is much &#8211; much easier.\u00a0 When you let it lag and you fall back into the old world ruts, the level of discouragement can make you dis-believe in the new world, or just forget that it is there for you, then you will tend to resist doing what is needed to re-enter the new world.\u00a0 So here are some simple tools and a suggestion for how to use them daily to help you live in the new world more and more!\u00a0 A daily period of only a few minutes will make all the difference for you.<\/p>\n<p>Strengthening\u00a0You New World Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Get up 5\u00a0minutes early and immediately stand in a place where you can have a few minutes privacy.\u00a0 This exercise can be done quickly, or you can spend more time with it if you need that to embrace your new world experience more fully.<\/li>\n<li>Breathe into your body and give yourself an inner hug, all the way to your toes, and to the top of your head, and appreciate this good body and human self.<\/li>\n<li>Let your breath carry your attention into your new world heart chakra in the middle of your chest and open your heart<\/li>\n<li>Step back into yourself until you find the still place within and there welcome\u00a0your Inner Wisdom &#8211; seed of the One planted within you at conception<\/li>\n<li>Ask your Inner Wisdom to fill your body and aura with wholeness, truth and unconditional love.\u00a0 Let it radiate all the way to the boundary of your personal aura &#8212; about an arms length beyond your physical body in all directions<\/li>\n<li>When it reaches all your perimeters your Inner Wisdom will connect with your Higher Self and your Higher Self will automatically\u00a0flow into your aura and body, and following it will flow the energy of the One.<\/li>\n<li>Then from your heart, ask your Higher Self to help you:<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0&#8212; to live in your new world self, within the new world nursery<\/li>\n<li>&#8212;\u00a0that your old world self will\u00a0live in the old world nursery where you can bridge with it, but not carry it<\/li>\n<li>&#8212; that the old world soul group contracts which come through your family and soul group would also\u00a0given\u00a0to the old world nursery and given to the One to resolve so the new world can grow within your soul group as people are ready.<\/li>\n<li>&#8212; that your new world soul contracts would come to focus in your life<\/li>\n<li>Then throughout the day\u00a0when you find yourself being pulled into old world negativity, just breathe into your heart and ask to live in your new world self within\u00a0the new world nursery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This process will help you enjoy your life and\u00a0strengthen your new world self greatly!<\/p>\n<p>Immerse yourself in\u00a0an in-depth experience of entering the new world and\u00a0begin to live there more fully by participating in\u00a0the Monthly Ascension Support Class which begins June 28th!\u00a0 6 classes meet\u00a0every 4 Thursdays 7:30 &#8211;
