Your old world self is like a dirty, wrinkled, ratty old set of clothing!\u00a0\u00a0With each wave of change\u00a0you are removing something which you used to think of as yourself, which fits this ratty description, and receiving something new which reflects what is beautiful and true of yourself.\u00a0 This week\u00a0the old world self has been\u00a0showing up\u00a0with a lot\u00a0of unresolved emotional baggage. This stuff is tricky because our\u00a0self-awareness can be easily swept up into\u00a0consciousness of our\u00a0the past where this baggage was born.\u00a0But when you identify with the old baggage, it is like thinking your oldest cruddiest clothes are an indication of your value and truth!\u00a0 They do not reflect your truth, they reflect something that was once useful, but\u00a0which\u00a0you need to remove so you can discover the new self\u00a0that is emerging from inside you.<\/p>\n

Below is a process you may find helpful as you learn to identify with your new world self – instead of with the leftovers from the old world journey.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Identify with who you really are:\n
      \n
    1. Breathe into your body and give yourself a big hug inside as though you are hugging the most important person in your life – which you are!<\/li>\n
    2. Allow your breathing to carry your attention to your new world heart chakra and center there in the middle of your chest as though you are looking out at the world from your heart chakra<\/li>\n
    3. Step back into yourself until you feel like your spine is the middle of you rather than the back – this puts you in the middle of your aura – center and relax there.<\/li>\n
    4. That still calm open feeling when you arrive in the middle of your aura is your Inner Wisdom – your personal facet of the One within your heart.\u00a0 Allow it to grow to encompass your body, emotions, mind, aura and spirit.\u00a0 This is your true self.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    5. Now that you are in your most mature self you can approach the issues which are arising in your emotions and memories as the opportunities which they are.\u00a0You will be able\u00a0to harvest the gifts from your hard work\u00a0of the past and then let go of the debris\u00a0left over from there\u00a0so you can ascend!\n
        \n
      1. From your Inner Wisdom (IW)\u00a0open your heart to the feelings or issues that have arisen.\u00a0 Welcome the love of your IW to embrace the feelings and memories that have arisen to be resolved.<\/li>\n
      2. Ask from your heart: What is it that I have to learn, do\u00a0or forgive in order to release these\u00a0outdated experiences\u00a0so I can live in my new world self?\n
          \n
        1. Meditate on that with an open heart and willing attitude – know there is nothing here to be ashamed of or frightened of, though you may feel either or both of those emotions.\u00a0 Let the love continue to flow as you stay identified with your IW.<\/li>\n
        2. This focus of true self and unconditional love will allow a quick resolution of the issues that are coming up.\u00a0 That is because it is time to finish them.\u00a0 This is different than before when you had to really work hard to resolve things, and it was usually easier to stuff or disassociate and just move on.\u00a0 It is those stuffed and disassociated things which are necessary to complete at this time, and it is not really a big deal – though it has enormous benefits to you.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        3. When you feel your heart lighten up and the burden has lifted, you will either feel complete with this issue, or there may be some more learning or some actions which will be necessary before it is complete.\u00a0 However, the opportunities to complete the issues will come to you and you may be amazed that it really wasn’t that big a deal when all is said and done.<\/li>\n
        4. Breath again into your body.\u00a0 Give yourself another inner hug.\u00a0 Call yourself back to the present time and place and ask your IW to invite the Higher Power to enfold\u00a0any residual old\u00a0concerns, and to resolve them as easily and gently as\u00a0appropriate.<\/li>\n
        5. Let go of the past and focus for a few moments on the light and peace of your Inner Wisdom here and now\u00a0as it radiates through your body, emotion, mind and spirit.<\/li>\n
        6. Ground into that\u00a0peaceful\/clear energy in\u00a0the present moment and feel love supporting you as you return to your day. Ask that your IW in your new world heart chakra, refocus all your energies for whatever you need to do next – like zooming your binoculars to the right focus for what it is you are trying to see – let yourself zoom back to present moment focus.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
