An ascension virus is a way that the benevolent\u00a0intelligence of ascension can bring change to our physical bodies, even into our genetic makeup.\u00a0 There is a new one out recently which has the job of breaking through the protective layer on bacteria and viruses so that they can be discovered and eliminated out of our bodies.\u00a0 That protective layer allows disease to hide in the body and our immune system can’t get to it.<\/p>\n
Old world bacteria and viruses have physical, emotional, mental and spiritual influences on us.\u00a0 They can change our attitudes,\u00a0and responses to life, cause us to make poor decisions and create great limitation and suffering.\u00a0 The old world infections have helped us to build soul muscles by creating opposition in our lives; and sometimes to allow our old world\u00a0selves to\u00a0break down\u00a0so we can ascend. Ascension viruses work to lift us out of the darkness of our old world state and allow us to ascend to the next clearer level of unity with our truth.<\/p>\n
An ascension virus feels about as crappy as any virus!\u00a0 So it can be hard to tell which kind\u00a0it is.\u00a0 This particular one is showing up with lots of drainage, swollen and sore throat, achiness and tiredness.\u00a0 It may take a week to completely finish its job, but the first few days are the hardest.<\/p>\n
If you are someone who does a lot of spiritual work, you may go through periods where you feel very disconnected from the energies you are used to accessing during this process.\u00a0 Think of it like when your house is undergoing improvements and they have to turn off the water and electricity for a while.\u00a0 This can be necessary for you to heal the old toxic states caused by old infections\u00a0and to receive upgraded energy systems.\u00a0 It should not take longer than 4 days before you start feeling your spiritual connections coming in clearer than before, and they will continue to clarify for a week or so after.<\/p>\n
If you get an ascension virus what you can do is open your heart and welcome your Higher Self to utilize\u00a0it in all the ways that are helpful, with\u00a0as mild symptoms as are necessary to get the job done!\u00a0 Extra sleep is essential, gargling with sea salt, detox baths or foot soaks with sea-salt – 1.5 cups to a bath and 1\/4 cup or less for a foot soak; or 1\/4 cup cider vinegar to a tub and proportionate for a foot soak.\u00a0 I would alternate these on different days.\u00a0 Setting your water in a glass jar in a sunny place for increased life force will help you as well.\u00a0 Relax as much as possible and take things slowly, pushing or rushing it won’t help.\u00a0 Give thanks for the healing you are receiving in this comprehensive — though uncomfortable — way!<\/p>\n
