{"id":1425,"date":"2017-09-29T04:03:14","date_gmt":"2017-09-29T08:03:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=1425"},"modified":"2023-07-03T00:11:32","modified_gmt":"2023-07-03T04:11:32","slug":"ascension-of-ego-and-body","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=1425","title":{"rendered":"Ascension of Ego and Body"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Your body is a huge community of life &#8211; each cell, organ and system having its own\u00a0 intelligence, personality, spirit, soul and ego.\u00a0 Just as each individual person is part of the body of humanity, each aspect of yourself is an individual being.\u00a0 This is something I have known on some level since I began my career as a healer, but the process of ascension has brought it more clearly to my awareness than ever before.\u00a0 I love this, because it opens the door for communication, understanding and healing for every part of an individual.\u00a0 It also complicates things, because while the conscious identity of a person may be perfectly ready to move ahead with the next step of ascension, or the healing of an issue; there may be any number of other individuals within them who need to be convinced and prepared for the change!<\/p>\n<p>Ascension is the process of integrating all these aspects of ourselves with our eternal focus of Higher Self.\u00a0 All these little egos need to begin to identify with our greater intelligence and love.\u00a0 One way to help this process along is to focus on each part of our self individually and learn to honor the intelligence and spirit that lives within them.<\/p>\n<p>Below is a simple exercise to help you build a conscious relationship with those parts of you which have usually been unconscious for you.\u00a0 We tend to think of these parts of us as unconscious &#8211; as though they were asleep &#8211; however as you work with this you may come to realize that it is your conscious self which has been asleep to the intelligent individuality of each part of your body.\u00a0 Building a unity at this level, allows your Higher Self to work more easily through every part of yourself to facilitate ascension.\u00a0 You may find it also brings healing to your physical body!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Begin with an inner hug, offering love, gratitude and acceptance to your body from toe to head.<\/li>\n<li>Breathe into your new world heart chakra and center there as your focus of consciousness, rather than in your head.<\/li>\n<li>From your heart, focus your loving attention on whichever parts of your body feel like they need something.<\/li>\n<li>With each body part you focus on begin with saying to it &#8211; I love you, and your name &#8211; since each part of you bears your name.\u00a0 Hold this part of you in a loving focus of attention, as you would a new friend that you want to get to know.<\/li>\n<li>Then invite it to tell you what it wants or needs.\u00a0 It might share an old memory it has that is holding you stuck in the old world and which needs healing.\u00a0 Or it communicate that it needs something to be more physically healthy. Let it communicate without projecting your assumptions on it; welcome it authentically setting aside your mental ideas of what that part of you needs.<\/li>\n<li>Depending on your focus at the time you may receive insight through feelings or words or simply an inner knowing of something, an image or a subtle sense.\u00a0 However you perceive, run your impressions through your heart and belly and &#8220;feel&#8221; the message. This will help you receive a more comprehensive and precise level of input, beyond your assumptions and beliefs; so you get that authentic perspective of each body part more clearly.<\/li>\n<li>Invite your Higher Self to be present and help lift this part of you into a new world focus of itself.<\/li>\n<li>There is more you could do, but this is a very good start.<\/li>\n<li>You can go systematically through your body, organ by organ, system to system.\u00a0 Or you can just work one part at a time.\u00a0 Whatever fits for you at the time you are doing it.\u00a0 You could work with one system repeatedly for a while if it feels like it needs a lot of healing and ascension to be healthy and whole.<\/li>\n<li>Even if you don&#8217;t feel as though you get clear messages from your body, your body will still respond to the attention and connection to Higher Self.\u00a0 Remember to work through your heart rather than your head, since your heart is the instrument of transmutation and healing in your body.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>My work with pets lately continues to initiate impressive shifts for them.
