Here is a beautiful tool for your ascension, that leaves you feeling fresh, clear and integrated with your Higher Self.\u00a0 The energy field which surrounds your body is made up of seven layers, each one with its own function.\u00a0 In the following exercise you can invite your Higher Self to tune each layer so it is in harmony with your Higher Self.\u00a0 This allows this most enlightened part of you to be present in your aura and influence your life so it can flow in the direction of your true purpose.\u00a0 Increasing the unity with your Higher Self is a primary definition of ascension, so this exercise helps your aura ascend which in turn helps the whole of you ascend!<\/p>\n

If you look at the diagram at the bottom of the post, you will see the seven layers of your aura, called bodies of the aura.\u00a0 Each layer of the aura penetrates all the way down to the physical level, and so they influence all of the layers below them.\u00a0 The Highest layer is your spiritual body; it is the easiest layer for your Higher Self to be integrated with and penetrates all the way through the layers below.<\/p>\n

Tuning Your Aura to Your Higher Self:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Breathe into your physical body and give yourself an inner hug from your toes to your top of your head, as though you are hugging the most important person in your life (which you are)<\/li>\n
  2. Allow your breath to carry your focus into the center of your chest and your new world heart chakra.\u00a0 Center there as though you are looking out at the world through your heart instead of your head.<\/li>\n
  3. From the still place deep within your heart, ask that the essence of truth of your own Higher Self would tune your spiritual body of your aura to your Higher Self.\u00a0 Welcome this aura as it is tuned all the way through into your physical body, since it penetrates that far!<\/li>\n
  4. Do the same as above for each of the other layers of the aura:\n
      \n
    1. Higher Mental Body – connected to all wisdom<\/li>\n
    2. Lower Mental Body – normal human mind<\/li>\n
    3. Astral Body – emotions, memories<\/li>\n
    4. Vital Body – energy available for you to use<\/li>\n
    5. Etheric Double – spiritual or etheric substance that feeds you energy to live, and which is necessary to build your body and strengthen your aura<\/li>\n
    6. Inner Etheric – your meridians and meridian points (used for acupuncture), and the energy generating system that creates your etheric substance<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    7. When you are done invite the essence of truth of your Higher Self to be in authority within your life and to help you ascend into greater harmony with your true purpose.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
