{"id":1343,"date":"2017-07-21T04:03:27","date_gmt":"2017-07-21T08:03:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=1343"},"modified":"2023-07-03T00:17:39","modified_gmt":"2023-07-03T04:17:39","slug":"archangels-help","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=1343","title":{"rendered":"Archangel&#8217;s Help"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Lately\u00a0I have noticed again that during the personal ascension process, a body can become fatigued, toxic, sore or stiff.\u00a0 Recognize this as a symptom of your ascension, and know that it is something that will pass as you do!\u00a0 Two of our wonderful Archangel friends have offered to help with this when you ask.\u00a0 If you ask for the essence of truth of Archangel Michael and Archangel Gabriel they will come.\u00a0 Below is a way to optimize the experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start by giving yourself an inner hug all the way through your whole body<\/li>\n<li>Then breathe into your Inner Wisdom which is deep within your new world heart chakra in the middle of your chest and back along your spine.\u00a0 It feels clear and open when you arrive in that place.\u00a0 Invite it to expand and fill you.<\/li>\n<li>Imagine yourself as a tree with deep roots and high branches and centered in a strong trunk, let your roots be deep and wide enough to hold you steady\u00a0so you can\u00a0work with these mighty spiritual Beings to clear old world debris.<\/li>\n<li>From your Inner Wisdom deep within your heart chakra, ask that the essence of truth of Archangel Michael and the essence of truth of Archangel Gabriel will assist you to clear and heal.<\/li>\n<li>Ask them to\u00a0flush from your body, aura and soul the\u00a0old world baggage, toxicity, debris and anything else you need to release at the current time.\u00a0 Ask it to be cleared from your body, emotions, mind, spirit and aura as needed.\u00a0 You can get specific about asking for help in particular aspects of body if needed; such as blood, liver, kidneys, intestines, lymph, joints\u00a0and skin which are generally the most impacted by stuff that you are trying to clear out of your system, but you aren&#8217;t limited to those requests.<\/li>\n<li>Breathe, stay grounded\u00a0and be quiet for half an hour while you let them work.\u00a0 Then thank them and release them to their optimal relationship to you for normal life (it doesn&#8217;t support you to have them in your personal field for extended periods,\u00a0they are\u00a0too strong an energy, so you release them).<\/li>\n<li>Then center again in your Inner Wisdom and\u00a0the imagination of the tree and feel yourself ground.\u00a0\u00a0 Ask your Inner Wisdom to fill you with your own true self and help you claim your new world body and aura.<\/li>\n<li>Then ask\u00a0your Inner Wisdom,\u00a0which is a part of you that knows how to do everything,\u00a0to refocus\u00a0all your physical, emotional, mental and psychic\u00a0energies in the present moment, and balance you\u00a0for what you need to do next.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After this work you may feel tired but more\u00a0peaceful and relaxed.\u00a0 Take it easy for a bit if you can.\u00a0 A snack, meal, nap or a walk may be in order to help you be ready for what you need to do next.<\/p>\n<p>Have a\u00a0gift of a\u00a0week my friends!\u00a0 Thanks for visiting and for sharing this post if it pleases you to do so, or liking it on Facebook!\u00a0 Love and blessings,\u00a0 Eve<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lately\u00a0I have noticed again that during the personal ascension process, a body can become fatigued, toxic, sore or stiff.\u00a0 Recognize this as a symptom of your ascension, and know that it is something that will pass as you do!\u00a0 Two &hellip;
