{"id":1317,"date":"2017-06-09T04:05:27","date_gmt":"2017-06-09T08:05:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=1317"},"modified":"2023-07-03T00:20:48","modified_gmt":"2023-07-03T04:20:48","slug":"when-life-asks-you-to-shift","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=1317","title":{"rendered":"When Life Asks You to Shift"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>One thing we have to get good at during\u00a0our journey\u00a0of ascension is riding the waves of change!\u00a0 When life asks you to shift, you are being given the opportunity to ascend, plain and simple, that is what is going on!\u00a0 It is time to build a friendlier relationship with this process!\u00a0 Change is our friend, it helps us let go of the old world and enter the new world more fully.\u00a0 The more\u00a0we develop\u00a0our internal relationship to our own Higher Self, the more relaxed and skillful we will be in our response to change, and the easier and more joyful our ascension process becomes.<\/p>\n<p>Change is frightening to the degree we have found our sense of self and our security in things outside of ourselves.\u00a0 Being supported from others is fine, but to the degree we center our reality on that outer support we are not centered within our own power.\u00a0 The key is to be centered in all circumstances, receiving support, but still standing in our own center of truth.\u00a0\u00a0Then\u00a0when\u00a0something that has been giving us support\u00a0is suddenly not there, we remain upright and strong within our own center and power.\u00a0 We don&#8217;t collapse because we are off center without that support; but\u00a0are in position to\u00a0respond to the new circumstances\u00a0and receive\u00a0new and\u00a0essential opportunities which life is bringing our way.<\/p>\n<p>Below is an exercise to help you to do this.\u00a0 It is one of many I teach that hold a similar intention; but it helps\u00a0us build a more comprehensive sense of balance and strength when we work several different ways toward the same goal.<\/p>\n<p>Focus of True Self:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>From your new world heart chakra, focus up through your crown of your head and your crown chakra\u00a0to invite the essence of truth of your Higher Self to\u00a0be present within\u00a0your heart chakra and to\u00a0harmonize it.\u00a0 (The term essence of truth helps you to access clearly what it is that you are seeking in the truest way you can at this time.)<\/li>\n<li>Receive\u00a0your Higher Self also\u00a0into your belly and ask it to radiate\u00a0through you and fill\u00a0your body and aura with your own true\u00a0harmony.<\/li>\n<li>In the area of your spine is your central channel of your chakra system.\u00a0 Step back into yourself until you feel that your spine is the middle of you, rather than the back of you.\u00a0Then invite the essence of truth of your Higher Self to be present within your central channel of your chakras, and within\u00a0each of your\u00a0chakras.<\/li>\n<li>Ask your Higher Self to focus your body, emotions and mind so that you are perceiving and responding to life from your true self.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your Higher Self is who you are, and as you practice remembering that truth, you find that you have access to\u00a0everything you need to meet the challenges of change, ascension and all aspects of living!<\/p>\n<p>I have been blessed to support many youths and children with healing and achieving the goals their souls have set for them in this life.\u00a0 Summer is a perfect time to help them to break through old negative habits and limitations, and to open the way for more satisfying experiences with family, friends, school, health\u00a0and other goals this fall.\u00a0 $10 off child and youth healings this month will make it a little bit easier to take advantage of this opportunity!\u00a0 Visit my website for testimonials and to schedule an appointment.<\/p>\n<p>Have a joyful and blessed week my friends!\u00a0 Thank you for liking and sharing this post if you feel to.\u00a0 Love, Eve<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One thing we have to get good at during\u00a0our journey\u00a0of ascension is riding the waves of change!\u00a0 When life asks you to shift, you are being given the opportunity to ascend, plain and simple, that is what is going on!\u00a0 &hellip;
