{"id":1240,"date":"2017-02-10T04:05:58","date_gmt":"2017-02-10T09:05:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=1240"},"modified":"2023-07-03T00:31:05","modified_gmt":"2023-07-03T04:31:05","slug":"full-moon-message","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=1240","title":{"rendered":"Full Moon Blessing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The moon is coming full on Saturday, so I asked her what the gift is that she brings us this time.\u00a0 She told me &#8220;growing strong&#8221; is the opportunity which she is empowering within our lives as her blessing to us.<\/p>\n<p>This opportunity is not just for this month, however, it is definitely in focus at this time.\u00a0\u00a0Many aspects of our\u00a0human selves would prefer\u00a0that our purpose in life was simply to relax and enjoy ourselves, or that our reward for hard work was that we would be able to relax for the rest of our lives!\u00a0 Our Higher Selves reward us with periods of that, and then another workout to make us stronger in whatever ways we are in need of growing!\u00a0 So when I look at this period of intense growth and change, I see it as a reward for our hard work up until this time.\u00a0 It would be easy to look at our world now and see our circumstances as the result of our failures, and from that perspective, I can definitely understand the point.\u00a0 However, the ascension perspective is different.\u00a0 The point is growth and what appear to be failures are challenges that are built into the old world to force us to leave it behind and ascend to the next level of experience.\u00a0 The old world is breaking down because it is time for it to be reborn!\u00a0 All of our judgments and efforts to correct what we see as disaster, although valuable and empowering in their own right, is not going to stop the fact that the old world needs to break down, in order to be reborn at a higher level.<\/p>\n<p>So the unconditionally loving universe is giving us the reward of the next level of soul building workout.\u00a0 Take this as evidence that you are on the job and succeeding and it can be a happier experience!\u00a0 What soul muscles are you building during this period?\u00a0 Well, it is different for each of us to some extent, but here are some that come to mind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>muscles of trust in the underlying power of good within all creation<\/li>\n<li>muscles of gratitude for both the support and the challenges that life brings us<\/li>\n<li>muscles of inner strength and stability &#8211; learning to be like a tree &#8211; the stronger the wind blows, the drier the environment, the deeper our roots go to hold strong and find nourishment.\u00a0 Root deeply into the divine within your own soul and its connection to the greater good\u00a0within all life<\/li>\n<li>muscles of unconditional love &#8211; overcoming hatred and fear through living from our own true and enlightened core, which is unconditional love.\u00a0\u00a0Recognizing God and a higher purpose within each person and circumstance, regardless of what we think of them!<\/li>\n<li>muscles to speak up, or stand up for\u00a0your own truth &#8211;\u00a0when you feel directed and\u00a0supported from the wisdom within to do so<\/li>\n<li>muscles to choose to remain neutral where your inner wisdom does not guide you to respond &#8211; learning to watch and wait for that inner guidance;\u00a0to see how things unfold<\/li>\n<li>muscles to hold steady and call the Higher Power to enter circumstances which are fraught with difficulty or emotionally charged<\/li>\n<li>muscles of inner peace and joy &#8211; relaxing, enjoying, laughing, playing even when things in the outer sense look bleak &#8211; an expression of trust in the greater good<\/li>\n<li>muscles of your relationship to your own facet of God within your heart, soul, body and mind &#8211;
