{"id":1228,"date":"2017-01-20T04:03:51","date_gmt":"2017-01-20T09:03:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=1228"},"modified":"2023-07-03T00:32:07","modified_gmt":"2023-07-03T04:32:07","slug":"nurturing-the-new-world-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=1228","title":{"rendered":"Nurturing The New World"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Here is a\u00a0simple way to nurture the new world experience in your life!<\/p>\n<p>You are living in both the old world and new world simultaneously during the ascension process.\u00a0 During this double reality period, you can focus yourself in the new world and it\u00a0will help\u00a0you on many levels of your life.\u00a0 You will feel more energy, lighter, happier, physically more comfortable\/healthier, empowered and positive.<\/p>\n<p>The boundary between the old world and the new world is as thin as a curtain in your life.\u00a0 Imagine this very light curtain blowing in the wind of change; sometimes it blows the boundary one way, and sometimes the other,\u00a0and with it\u00a0your experience wafts\u00a0in and out between the old and new world.\u00a0 This can make you feel pretty stressed out, because one minute you are feeling great and then next it is like the bottom dropped out from under you, and you feel crummy.\u00a0 So here is a little exercise to help you live more in the nurturing state of the new world.\u00a0 It will also help you strengthen your new world self and diminish the old\u00a0by spending\u00a0more time in the new.<\/p>\n<p>Living in Your New World Self<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Give yourself a big inner hug, from your toes to the top of your head, and open your heart to loving yourself.<\/li>\n<li>Step back into yourself until you feel your spine is the middle of you.<\/li>\n<li>From\u00a0that still place within, ask the essence of truth of your Inner Wisdom to focus you into your new world self in all aspects:\n<ul>\n<li>Body<\/li>\n<li>Emotion<\/li>\n<li>Mind<\/li>\n<li>Chakras and Aura<\/li>\n<li>Soul<\/li>\n<li>Spirit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Ask to be surrounded in the New World Nursery, which is a support system for nurturing you in your new world self during the ascension process.<\/li>\n<li>Renew this intention whenever your old world self comes to focus.\u00a0 You can tell that has happened because you will lose that sense of lightness and perspective you have in your new world self.<\/li>\n<li>By being present in the new world yourself, it allows the old world energies around to grow weaker, so the world can ascend more quickly!\u00a0 Thank you for that!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Enjoy your new world experience more as you try this tool for yourself!\u00a0 And thank you for sharing this post with those who will benefit, or liking it\u00a0via the links below, or by forwarding your email link!\u00a0 Would love you to share your comments or questions as well!<\/p>\n<p>Love and blessings for a beautiful new world week my friends!\u00a0 Eve<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here is a\u00a0simple way to nurture the new world experience in your life!
