Hello my partners in ascension!<\/p>\n
I had a lovely conversation with the collective soul of\u00a0songbirds today.\u00a0 They showed me that they are actively ascending right now!\u00a0 This may temporarily diminish their numbers in the old world, but once they arrive fully in the new world they will be back with a great gift.\u00a0 They will be bridging the old and new worlds for us in such a way that it creates a wedge or a ramp that will draw us up vibrationally\u00a0into the new world!\u00a0 To them the new world is very close and evident.\u00a0 I saw it through their eyes and it seemed\u00a0very solid and accessible.\u00a0 It made my heart feel\u00a0joyous and free to know what they know about our ascension!<\/p>\n
An ascension theme for a few weeks\u00a0already and\u00a0continuing this month is about acquiring the ability to be truly potent in the world.\u00a0 This has to do with how we walk our relationship with the Higher Power moment by moment especially when we are faced with circumstances which provoke fear, anxiety, anger or hatred.\u00a0 While we know we are each facets of the One living partially\u00a0in the old world and partially in the new world as we ascend to be there fully, we still feel these reactive\u00a0emotions like fear and hatred.\u00a0 These feelings and reactions are really all fear, but it\u00a0there a\u00a0spectrum of how we respond to that.\u00a0We can give into these feelings, but it is so unsatisfactory to just surrender to them.\u00a0 On the fear end of the spectrum we become disempowered and stuck,\u00a0and though\u00a0in the anger end of the spectrum we feel more empowered which can help us get unstuck,\u00a0the energy\u00a0is toxic and makes us feel bad about it and\u00a0separate from our true self.<\/p>\n
When we find ourselves in either end of this spectrum of fear, we can welcome our Higher Self, which is One with the essence of truth of God to help us stand in the still place at the\u00a0 middle of this spectrum of fear response.<\/p>\n
The spectrum looks kind of like this:<\/strong><\/p>\n paralyzed fear-hopelessness-doubt ___ still place-hope___frustration-anger-hatred-rage<\/p>\n When we find ourselves at any point along this spectrum of reaction, we can stand grounded within –\u00a0like a tree,\u00a0still and rooted until we find enough stillness and its accompanying hopefulness\u00a0to be able to\u00a0invite the Higher Power via our Higher Self to be present within us.\u00a0 From there we can help them\u00a0surround fully in love and care all the implications of the circumstances we are facing.<\/p>\n Then hold that connection and allow the stress and energy of\u00a0your reactions\u00a0to dissipate.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Usually you\u00a0will feel better quickly, but later you may notice there is still some tension.\u00a0\u00a0So when you have time to relax, bring this grounded focus of truth into any specific places in your body, emotions or mind that didn’t let go right away.\u00a0\u00a0Allow yourself to focus this grounded center like a tree in those places and ask the Higher Power via your Higher Self to resolve that stress.<\/p>\n Once you find that place of stillness and welcome that truly potent energy of the Higher Power into your circumstances, you will be able to respond from a place of hope, love and potent intelligence, because your Higher Self will be able to act through you to make the best of the situation.<\/p>\n Practicing this will help you overcome the reactive spectrum of fear.\u00a0 Even before you feel skilled at this, just doing it\u00a0to the best of your ability is powerful.\u00a0 It brings\u00a0the truly potent love of the Higher Power into the world, and speeds the ascension process for you and for all of us.\u00a0 When you do this, it\u00a0builds focused God energy\u00a0in the world which is available then, when it comes time to help another piece of the world ascend.\u00a0 You are like solar collectors\u00a0generating energy of light and truth and\u00a0storing\u00a0it in the world to be there\u00a0when energy is needed for the world to ascend.<\/p>\n Thank you for doing your part to become free of the power of fear and to\u00a0live increasingly in\u00a0the truly potent energy of love and truth and the new world!<\/p>\n Contribute your\u00a0piece most potently through the Monthly Ascension Support Class!\u00a0 The world needs all our help to ascend and break free of the energy of old world fear.\u00a0 Enjoy the transformational, loving, healing\u00a0meditations that help us and the world shift as easily as possible into the new world, step by step.\u00a0 Class runs every 4 weeks on Thursday for 6 classes, beginning February 9, from\u00a07:30 – 9:30 PM.\u00a0 Participate by phone, Skype or in person.\u00a0Visit my website through the link above to enroll!<\/p>\n Love and blessings on your journey this week and beyond!\u00a0 Eve<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Hello my partners in ascension!
