{"id":1216,"date":"2017-01-06T04:03:10","date_gmt":"2017-01-06T09:03:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=1216"},"modified":"2023-07-03T00:34:48","modified_gmt":"2023-07-03T04:34:48","slug":"work-your-truth","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=1216","title":{"rendered":"Work Your Truth"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As I meditated today, asking what to share with you this week, I was told to ask you to work your truth.\u00a0\u00a0The implication of this is\u00a0that\u00a0now is a time\u00a0to let the universe know\u00a0you are sincere in your desire for the new world, not just as an abstract idea, but as a reality here and now in your lives.\u00a0 From there the world can receive more support to ascend too.<\/p>\n<p>Ascension happens as your Higher Self is integrated into your life.\u00a0 Your Higher Self is one with the Higher Power, so\u00a0you get both.\u00a0There are as many ways to do that as there are moments in the day.\u00a0 Below are some ideas\u00a0you can use\u00a0to help you\u00a0facilitate this increased\u00a0unity of your human and divine selves.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start your day with an inner self hug.\u00a0\u00a0From toes to top of head, breathe into your body and\u00a0hold yourself in love as your spirit returns from wandering in the higher realms during sleep.\u00a0 This helps you start your day in unity and love, and to be more grounded.\u00a0\u00a0It could also\u00a0happen during these\u00a0quiet\u00a0moments that your dreams pop up to consciousness,\u00a0with direct messages from your true self that you need for your success in life.\u00a0 That would just be an additional benefit for you!<\/li>\n<li>Breath into your new world heart\u00a0chakra and step back into yourself until you feel centered around your spine, so you are as far behind your spine as in front of it.\u00a0 This puts you in the middle of your aura and grounds you more fully.\u00a0 When you are grounded your Higher Self\u00a0is able to\u00a0live\u00a0in your body and direct your life more easily.\u00a0 Invite your heart chakra to open back and front and welcome your Higher Self to live within you today.\u00a0 Feel the love enter your heart chakra and welcome it to radiate through your body and aura.<\/li>\n<li>For greater strength and ground, do\u00a0the same as above only from your navel chakra to ground your Higher Self into your will power and emotional life.\u00a0 You can add any other chakras you want to this work, for even greater benefits.<\/li>\n<li>Look ahead on your day and welcome your Higher Self to be present in each moment, circumstance and encounter.\u00a0 Ask\u00a0your Higher Self\u00a0to guide your responses so you increasingly\u00a0meet your life\u00a0with love, compassion and true\u00a0authority.<\/li>\n<li>When you feel fear or the anger with which we protect our fearful self,\u00a0ask your Higher Self to be present in the space between fear and anger.\u00a0 Holding as steady as you can within your feelings, ask your Higher Self\u00a0to expand that between\u00a0space to hold hope and trust so that you can respond with compassion, love and true authority to whatever challenges you are facing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These are muscle building tools, strengthening your true spiritual authority and identity\u00a0using the workout gym of life.\u00a0 I believe you will find them very helpful if you use any of them for yourself.<\/p>\n<p>Another way to work your truth, and do it\u00a0in company with others who are passionate about our beautiful world ascending to its true potential, is coming up next month.\u00a0 I&#8217;d love for you to join the Monthly Ascension Support Class for our ninth series!\u00a0 Each\u00a0participant gains greater self-mastery, confidence, and skill for living from their Higher Self\u00a0through this\u00a0potent and\u00a0nourishing \u00a0process.\u00a0 Each\u00a0person&#8217;s unique connections to the larger body of humanity\u00a0opens doors to\u00a0clear old\u00a0blocks, and\u00a0heal and strengthen the\u00a0Higher Power and true\u00a0potential within our world!\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0This process\u00a0helps smooth\u00a0the journey of ascension for all of us.\u00a0 Class begins February 9th and meets every 4 weeks\u00a0on Thursday from 7:30 &#8211;
