{"id":1213,"date":"2016-12-30T04:05:31","date_gmt":"2016-12-30T09:05:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=1213"},"modified":"2023-07-03T00:35:18","modified_gmt":"2023-07-03T04:35:18","slug":"you-are-stronger","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=1213","title":{"rendered":"You Are Stronger"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On the cusp of the new year, I want to encourage you to see yourself in a new way.\u00a0 Because you are ascending, you are constantly integrating more of your true self into your energy field, and your energy systems are constantly being upgraded.\u00a0 This means that you need to open your self-expectations up, being ready to actualize potentials which you\u00a0previously thought were unavailable to you.<\/p>\n<p>Below is a way that you can incorporate these new potentials at need into your life:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Breath into your body and hug yourself from toes to head, like you were hugging someone you love very much.\u00a0 Open your heart back and front to receive the unconditional love of your Higher Self and the essence of truth of God.<\/li>\n<li>Ask the essence of truth of your own Higher self to work with the essence of truth of God to\u00a0integrate into your life\u00a0whatever abilities you need to succeed in the new year.\u00a0 <em>It helps to state what you feel you need to succeed, but be open to it coming in ways you don&#8217;t expect.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Ask to experience these shifts in ability where and when they will be most helpful, and in such a way that they seem familiar and natural to you.<\/li>\n<li>Give thanks and be open\u00a0for these shifts to come in the right way and time for you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can do this in a general way as a meditation for New Years.\u00a0 But you can also use this meditation when there is something specific\u00a0you have to face, do, receive\u00a0or accomplish which you feel insufficiently equipped or experienced for.<\/p>\n<p>Please use the term essence of truth of&#8230;
