I was reminded this week about what an important role chakras play in our ascension. The president of UCM, my certifying organization for Healer Practitioners, wrote about them in his message this week.\u00a0 I realized as I read his words,\u00a0that though my personal chakra work has been such an important part of my daily work for\u00a030 years, I had not yet written about it in my Weekly Word (although I teach about them in my book, so more to come there!). Thanks to Rev. Richard Jelusich for sparking my thoughts for today’s post!<\/p>\n

Chakras are the spiritual organs which exist in our aura. They integrate our spiritual energy bodies with our Higher Self and our physical body; and spiritualize the vibrations of our human self to integrate higher levels of Being. Working with these organs to tune, clear, and exercise them, we strengthen our ability to receive higher levels of consciousness and purpose into our body, emotion, mind and spirit. This stimulates our ascension!<\/p>\n

Below is a diagram illustrating the personal chakra system\u00a0in brief.\u00a0 The figure to the right shows the way the chakras open back and front off the central channel, which runs close to your spine. \u00a0Some people attribute different functions to\u00a0some of the\u00a0chakras, which I think indicates that they are complex and any attempt to define them requires some flexibility.\u00a0 As we ascend there are more chakras which we are going to become aware of, but for our purposes today, these are the ones to focus on for most people at this time.<\/p>\n

\"diagram-2\"<\/a>Many of you will already have some experience with chakras and working with them.\u00a0 My approach is a combination of tuning them through working with the angel of each chakra, opening and closing them to develop tone, strength and definition, and clearing and healing them.\u00a0 Rather than write it all out here, which would be long and awkward, I am offering you recordings of\u00a0my Comprehensive Chakra Tuning and Quick Chakra Tuning\u00a0exercises at half price.\u00a0 They are available on MP3 and on CD.\u00a0 See the information about that is at the end of this post.<\/em><\/p>\n

When you work with your chakras this way, it clears obstructions and opens your body, aura\u00a0and soul for your Higher Self to incarnate more fully.\u00a0Everything in your life comes into greater focus and you find yourself able to understand your purpose and direct your life with increased clarity.\u00a0 Your spirit guides and Higher Self can communicate with your human consciousness for clearly, and you feel an increased sense of connection to the Higher Power and what is true and beautiful in life.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0incarnating of your Higher Self into your body, aura and soul, is what allows you to ascend.\u00a0\u00a0This lifts\u00a0your human self out of the muck and confusion of the old world experience, into a greater level of\u00a0clarity.\u00a0 This in turn allows your Higher Self to incarnate even deeper…and so on.<\/p>\n

I work with my chakras daily, because the old world energies are constantly coming up to be cleared within me, and they make me feel stuck, dull and unfocussed.\u00a0 If I work with my chakras, it\u00a0focusses me into my new world self and I can let the old world stuff ascend or be cleared, or at least work around them better.\u00a0 Then I feel strong and clear on my purpose and direction for the day, and find I am living from\u00a0my higher truth instead of my lower nature.<\/p>\n

This is the season when your Higher Self is most easily received into your human self!\u00a0 What a great time to facilitate that process by tuning your chakras regularly.\u00a0 You don’t have to do it daily, but if you want to, the Quick Chakra Tuning exercise only takes about 1o minutes to do.\u00a0 The\u00a0Comprehensive\u00a0Chakra Tuning\u00a0is great to do a couple of times a month, or more if you desire, it\u00a0brings powerful and deep healing.<\/p>\n
