I talked with The One Source today about how to best help smooth the journey of ascension this week.\u00a0 After doing much clearing and healing, there was still a layer of irritation, and it wouldn’t resolve.\u00a0 I was told that was the rub that would make us grow stronger, and that I wasn’t allowed to influence it because that amount of\u00a0rub was necessary.\u00a0 I was told to help you learn to be strong, instead of trying to eliminate the rub.<\/p>\n
How does that which irritates our spirit and soul make us grow stronger?\u00a0 Well, it is simply much easier to be spiritually in our integrity when everything is going our way!\u00a0 When we work hard to be good people, we expect others to treat us well and be good people too!\u00a0 So when that isn’t the case we become angry, hurt and fearful.\u00a0 A lot of us are feeling that way since the election, because many people are not behaving nicely.\u00a0\u00a0This\u00a0is\u00a0a powerful opportunity for us to\u00a0gain enough\u00a0strength of soul to stay in trust, unconditional love and integrity so the Higher Power can be present through, us no matter what happens around us.<\/p>\n
Just as many of\u00a0those who elected our president had been sitting on their resentments, anger and judgment, during the PC days,\u00a0so have many of us who are spiritually inclined have been sitting on ours.\u00a0 We did that because we wanted to be spiritual, not negative.\u00a0 But we all have reactions from our old world self, and all of those need to be healed and ascended, not repressed.\u00a0\u00a0As others have begun expressing their formerly\u00a0repressed negativity, it brings our own repressed negativity up also.\u00a0 This is good, although it certainly isn’t what we like.\u00a0 If things remain buried, and beneath our conscious awareness, they can’t heal and ascend.\u00a0 Enlightenment means bringing light into the darkness, and this is our opportunity to do that, if we choose to do so.<\/p>\n
How do we grow our truth, instead of succumbing to our lower nature when it shows up like this?\u00a0 What is needed is to love what is hateful within ourselves and within others.\u00a0 But how do we do that?\u00a0 This type of\u00a0miraculous feat of unconditional love, comes from our Higher Selves and the One Source.\u00a0 It comes because we\u00a0lay down\u00a0our agendas and judgments, and\u00a0especially our fears.\u00a0 We\u00a0surrender them\u00a0into the care of our Higher Selves and The One.\u00a0 Then welcoming unconditional love to flow\u00a0from spirit, we can\u00a0ask to receive it as healing and\u00a0forgiveness for ourselves and for those we find less than loveable.<\/p>\n
Working with this process myself, I have observed how unconditional love flows with equal strength\u00a0toward all of us who are willing to receive, regardless of our behavior.\u00a0 It is humbling to realize that unconditional love holds no one as more worthy than another.\u00a0\u00a0This awareness helps\u00a0stimulate the lesson we are trying to learn at this time.\u00a0 Judging negativity, stimulates negativity.\u00a0 Loving everyone unconditionally, facilitates healing and strengthens the truth within all.<\/p>\n
This doesn’t mean sitting back meekly and never standing up for what is true.\u00a0 But when we first do the inner work of love and healing, our outer actions and choices become truly enlightened, instead of self-righteous and provocative,\u00a0engendering reactions from others.\u00a0 The life of Nelson Mandela clearly illustrates this process.\u00a0 I believe he is the great teacher of our generation.\u00a0 His biography – Long Walk to Freedom<\/em>\u00a0is almost\u00a0a textbook on this process of gaining enlightenment and becoming a vehicle for The Higher Power of unconditional love.<\/p>\n We have all been trained in the human experience to seek love by being pleasing, and many of us have learned that love received in that way is full of conditions.\u00a0 As long as you are pleasing me, I will love you.\u00a0 Unconditional love is available to us always, without conditions.\u00a0 But it is often hard for us to recognize and receive that.\u00a0 When we do, it changes us in fundamental ways, lifting us into increasing\u00a0enlightenment.<\/p>\n None of us can fully \u00a0ascend to our truth when we are judging or hating others or any part of ourselves.\u00a0 When we observe these qualities arising within us, we may find their root in fear and separation from the One.\u00a0 This becomes an opportunity to recognize that part of us needs to be healed; and what a gift that is!\u00a0 We are all a part of the One, and it is through that One Source that all the craziness of the old world will be integrated into the wholeness of life in the right ways.\u00a0 Anything that is held separate from that unity, holds all of us back.\u00a0 Through our trust in the true nature of all life, through our unity with the Source, we are able to bring the world to the next higher place in our ascension.\u00a0 We do this in moments when we find ourselves experiencing lower nature in ourselves or in others.\u00a0 Each time is an opportunity to increase our self-mastery and ascend further.<\/p>\n There are many things happening in our country and our world which are scary.\u00a0 A meditation in response to that\u00a0could be:<\/p>\n The Essence of Truth of God is within me, within all people and all circumstances<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n I, all people and all circumstances\u00a0are within the Essence of Truth of God<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n (God\u00a0is a convenient word for the One Source – use One Source if you prefer those words.
