{"id":1091,"date":"2016-08-12T04:02:18","date_gmt":"2016-08-12T04:02:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=1091"},"modified":"2023-07-03T00:46:36","modified_gmt":"2023-07-03T04:46:36","slug":"breaking-out","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=1091","title":{"rendered":"Breaking Out!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Life requires\u00a0huge steps in new directions, during this\u00a0passage of\u00a0 ascension!\u00a0\u00a0Here are some ways to\u00a0break out of old world habits,\u00a0and birth a new freedom of self-identity.<\/p>\n<p>Those of you familiar with my work, may believe that I spend most of my time communicating telepathically with people, plants, animals, spirit beings and God;\u00a0or\u00a0using spiritual vision and intuition,\u00a0to seek\u00a0the core of truth and the directions for change.\u00a0 And you would be right about that!\u00a0 When I need to break out, I close all that stuff down and let myself be ordinary human\u00a0for a while!\u00a0 This helps me to make room for a new perspective and change!<\/p>\n<p>Most people&#8217;s\u00a0direction of ascension invites\u00a0them to break out of ordinary human identity, and invest time and energy exploring\u00a0their new world capacities, of intuition, telepathy, and spiritual vision!\u00a0 All of us who are ascending will be gaining these spiritual gifts, as a part of our ordinary experience in the new world.\u00a0\u00a0It\u00a0is be helpful to practice and test these abilities, to discover what\u00a0we can do today, that\u00a0we couldn&#8217;t do a week ago!<\/p>\n<p>There are many\u00a0opportunities in each day,\u00a0to know things that can only be known through intuition, and\u00a0so many circumstances that can benefit by telepathic communication!\u00a0\u00a0Some people\u00a0may need to grow these abilities some,\u00a0to even\u00a0realize\u00a0they have them!\u00a0 Below are a few suggestions for practicing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Think of someone you are close to, but haven&#8217;t seen recently.\u00a0 Center on your feeling self, and let your love for them become a field of energy between you and them.\u00a0 Then inquire through your feeling self about how they are doing today ~\u00a0overall, or in regard to some circumstance in their lives.\u00a0\u00a0Afterward, call or text\u00a0them, and\u00a0I expect you will\u00a0already know what they have to say about their self and their life.<\/li>\n<li>Where there are conflicts or potential conflicts with others, try telepathy to open the way for understanding and clear resolution.\u00a0 First get peaceful and connected to your Higher Self or God.\u00a0 Then from your heart, send your message to the other&#8217;s Higher Self with loving intent,( it can be\u00a0accessed\u00a0above their head\u00a0between one\u00a0and several feet up, depending on how connected they are)\u00a0explain what you feel\u00a0will help\u00a0to promote understanding and avoid conflict.\u00a0 Stay with them for a few minutes and be open to impressions or telepathic messages back from them.\u00a0 Converse until it feels done, then release them completely. Ask for love from the Source to surround the situation.\u00a0 I believe you will find this helps a great deal.\u00a0 You can do it several times if necessary for them to open to you, but wait a couple of days between.\u00a0 Let your message be truthful, but kind; avoid telepathic yelling, it usually creates hurt feelings.<\/li>\n<li>Talk and listen through your feeling self, telepathically to your pets.\u00a0 Try it with the trees that touch you, the ones that feel wise and loving.\u00a0 Try it with the plants in your garden.\u00a0 Not everyone has something to say, so if one doesn&#8217;t respond, try another!\u00a0 Be heartful and loving and let the answers come as feelings, words or images.<\/li>\n<li>Meditate in advance on the best route to take to an intended destination.\u00a0 This works best when you aren&#8217;t in a hurry.\u00a0 First, pull up a map, and looking at the choices, ask yourself, which way feels like it will be the better choice.\u00a0 This exercise presumes you don&#8217;t already know what is under construction for this trip.\u00a0 Go into your feeling self, and imagine yourself arriving at your destination, after traveling each of the given routes.\u00a0 Which one feels best to you?\u00a0 You might feel frustration or discomfort at certain points along a potential route.\u00a0\u00a0Later you might check on the road construction website, to see if what\u00a0it says fits\u00a0with your intuitive sense of the trip.\u00a0 Even if it doesn&#8217;t, you might ask yourself why is\u00a0my choice\u00a0the best way to go?\u00a0 You might have a sense that it is best despite the reports of construction!\u00a0 Trust your intuition if you dare and see if you were right!\u00a0 Even if you are wrong, you will learn from your mistakes and next time will understand your intuitive senses more clearly for the experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These are just a few ideas for you to try.\u00a0 You can use intuition for most things and with some practice find it saves a lot of time and difficulty!\u00a0 Remember that intuition comes through a holographic feeling sense, not just from your mind.\u00a0 Your mind is a part of that and helpful; but if you try to be intuitive in your rational mind alone, you will find it very ineffective!<\/p>\n<p>To further break out of your old world experience, do something out of the box, that feels fresh and true to yourself.\u00a0 This allows space for necessary shifts to occur.\u00a0 A life that is too familiar and regimented will block changes,\u00a0requiring life\u00a0to force changes for you, and no one likes that.\u00a0 So make some space for the new, unexpected and spiritually enriching in your days and nights.\u00a0 You could try dancing with the lights out when you are alone, or allow a sound or chant to come through you to release\u00a0emotions,\u00a0opening\u00a0you to life.\u00a0 You could sit quietly\u00a0in the beauty of nature, or take a walk with no destination in mind.\u00a0 These types of personal, quiet times make room for your Higher and more intuitive Self to move you in the directions life intends for you.<\/p>\n<p>$10 off coupon for pet healings is available all\u00a0this month!\u00a0 Rescue pets and those who seem stressed can become calm and enjoy their lives more.\u00a0 Physical problems\u00a0are often\u00a0resolved more easily and inexpensively than by traditional care.\u00a0 Visit my website and contact me that way, to find out if I can help your special friend!\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.spiritualhealers.com\">www.spiritualhealers.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>May you experience a new freedom of spirit this week, my friends!\u00a0 Love and Blessings, Eve<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Life requires\u00a0huge steps in new directions, during this\u00a0passage of\u00a0 ascension!\u00a0\u00a0Here are some ways to\u00a0break out of old world habits,\u00a0and birth a new freedom of self-identity.
