{"id":1068,"date":"2016-07-01T04:03:13","date_gmt":"2016-07-01T04:03:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=1068"},"modified":"2023-07-03T00:49:24","modified_gmt":"2023-07-03T04:49:24","slug":"center-during-change","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=1068","title":{"rendered":"Center During Change"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Powerful shifts continue this week, initiating essential clearing and healing for people and the planet, our souls and auras.\u00a0 Old world energy blocks with deep roots in our emotions and psyches over many lifetimes, are clearing at the spiritual levels.\u00a0 This will allow us to ground more fully into our true selves, and increasingly\u00a0bring our lives into\u00a0focus, in all the ways needed to recognize and\u00a0fulfill our true purposes.<\/p>\n<p>The specific shifts happening now, will continue over the next few weeks.\u00a0 If you feel a little out of sorts, remember that there is a deep healing taking place.\u00a0 Make time to flow with it.\u00a0 It will help if you will relax and just enjoy the moment.\u00a0 Don&#8217;t resist the odd sensations, but center on your Inner Wisdom and let change happen.<\/p>\n<p>The following meditative statements\u00a0can help you to let go of what is trying to release.\u00a0 They will help you center on your truth, so what isn&#8217;t really you can be cleared.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0first one is familiar to you who read this blog regularly, and it is the most important. Using the term &#8216;the essence of truth&#8217; helps you access your true self, which is a facet of the source of life from which we all come, which I\u00a0am calling\u00a0God.
