With summer solstice just around the corner, our world is receiving its\u00a0 strongest focus of\u00a0higher vibrations that radiate into our world through the sun.\u00a0 Its influence joins us with our higher selves more fully.\u00a0 Because we are ascending too, this year brings a\u00a0more potent\u00a0influence of truth than we have experienced in this lifetime.\u00a0 This is causing our\u00a0higher selves\u00a0to ground more fully into our bodies and souls than ever before.<\/p>\n
The influx of true self into our human experience is causing a flush of clearing on deeper levels.\u00a0 Some may experience it physically, finding themselves challenged by physical pain or immune system issues.\u00a0 Beneath the physical symptoms, there is an emotional and mental healing happening as well.\u00a0 By working consciously to forgive, heal and release the emotional and mental blocks, the physical symptoms can be overcome more quickly.<\/p>\n
One way to participate in this clearing process is to meditate prior to sleeping; asking that whatever needs to be brought to awareness and released, would do so through your dreams,\u00a0and come to consciousness as you awaken.\u00a0 As you awaken, take some time to recall your dreams and notice any images, emotions or thoughts that are present. Keep a note pad by your bed and make notes if that helps you.<\/p>\n
As you become aware in the morning\u00a0of what has emerged through the night, welcome your higher self and the unconditionally loving source of life, to surround those things in truth and love.\u00a0 Open your heart and mind to be supported in releasing the blocks, and finding a deeper experience of wisdom and love, emerging into your choices and actions.<\/p>\n
Some of these old emotional and mental blocks may need to be worked out through your relationships and experiences.\u00a0 Stay aware that what you feel and what you say may be reflections of your past that need to be healed.\u00a0 Work through meditation, prayer and healing to overcome any old traumas and let a new sense of wholeness, love and wisdom emerge in your behavior and experiences.<\/p>\n
