{"id":1028,"date":"2016-04-15T04:02:21","date_gmt":"2016-04-15T04:02:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=1028"},"modified":"2023-07-03T00:55:37","modified_gmt":"2023-07-03T04:55:37","slug":"all-you-are-is-love","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=1028","title":{"rendered":"All You Are Is Love"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello Ascending Friends!<\/p>\n<p>Most of the work of ascension lies in integrating our Higher Selves into our physical experience.\u00a0 Here is a delightfully simple and effective tool for doing that!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Breathe into your body and give yourself an inner hug from toes to crown.<\/li>\n<li>Let your breathe carry you into your new world heart chakra, in the middle of your chest.\u00a0 Center there and go deep within until you feel the still clear focus of your Inner Wisdom.<\/li>\n<li>From your Inner Wisdom\u00a0open your heart to\u00a0your Higher Self, a focus of \u00a0which is above the crown of your head.\u00a0 It could be a foot or so up, or it could be quite a bit more than that.<\/li>\n<li>Ask your Higher Self to surround you in a big loving\u00a0heart-shaped field, that is as big as your aura &#8211; arm distance from your body in every direction.\u00a0 (this is a valentine&#8217;s type heart).<\/li>\n<li>Ask your Higher Self to &#8220;sew&#8221; several loops of loving connection between your Higher Self and your heart chakra.<\/li>\n<li>Relax into the love surrounding you and the loving presence of your Higher Self, which now has an anchor into your heart.\u00a0 You will probably feel like your Higher Self is now able to be more fully inside of you!<\/li>\n<li>When you are feeling stressed out about people around you, start with your personal heart and sewing as above.\u00a0 Then\u00a0you can ask the Higher Power, often called God, to surround everyone in hearts.\u00a0 Let yourself see people that way and realize that like you, they all have Higher Selves, which are their own facet of God.\u00a0 This will help you to feel protected, grounded and more accepting of the people around you.<\/li>\n<li>If a part of your body feels ill or you feel upset,\u00a0you could do the heart and sewing exercise specifically for that part of you.\u00a0 Follow the instructions as above, but with some variations:\u00a0Ask your Higher Self to surround\u00a0the part of you that needs healing\u00a0in a heart and to sew a connection\u00a0to\u00a0your heart chakra as above.\u00a0\u00a0Then ask for another sewing between your heart and the part of you that needs healing and\u00a0from there\u00a0back again to your Higher Self, creating a triangle between the three points.\u00a0 This creates a stable field of higher energy to initiate healing for your body and soul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These exercises,\u00a0using the heart shape,\u00a0clearly say to our\u00a0unconscious selves that &#8220;All we are is love&#8221;.\u00a0\u00a0Our unconscious selves will respond positively to this message, whether we do it just for ourselves or for others too.<\/p>\n<p>May your week be full of love!\u00a0 Please visit my website where you will find articles, amazing\u00a0testimonials or listen to my\u00a0welcome video!\u00a0\u00a0Spiritual Healing changes lives!<\/p>\n<p>Love and Blessings, Eve<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello Ascending Friends!
