Hi Ascending Friends!<\/p>\n
I am so happy to be here with you today!<\/p>\n
As I meditated on what to share with you, I was told to\u00a0discuss the old world, which is still so much a part of our world; and help you\u00a0learn to respond to it from your new world self, and be confident and filled with hope.<\/p>\n
The old world is dying, and this causes those who are mostly identified with it to experience fear; although this death is really a rebirth, and a very good thing, it is a big\u00a0change.\u00a0\u00a0Fear encourages the very poor behavior we are seeing politically, financially, environmentally,\u00a0in the use of mood altering substances, rage, and the need to control and diminish others,\u00a0among other things.<\/p>\n
When you experience these behaviors, you get to choose between your old world reactions, and your new world responses.\u00a0 What\u00a0happens when you\u00a0respond and act from your new world self?\u00a0\u00a0How does it help\u00a0you and\u00a0the world to ascend?<\/p>\n
We are all living, to greater or lesser extent,\u00a0partially in the new world and partially in the old world.\u00a0 So depending on the moment, or the day, we will tend to respond more from one or the other aspect.\u00a0 Try the following when you observe your old world self\u00a0expressing:<\/p>\n
— Take\u00a0the situation as an\u00a0opportunity to bring your new world focus to an aspect of your old world self.\u00a0 Breathe and open your heart.\u00a0 Then invite your Inner Wisdom and Higher Self to enfold every part of you, even the old world aspects.\u00a0 Let love flow into\u00a0yourself and take whatever actions feel right to bring your energy into clarity.\u00a0 Sometimes stepping out of the circumstance for a bit can help, a walk around the block, or a trip to the bathroom\u00a0if nothing else!\u00a0\u00a0Once you have found your open heart,\u00a0\u00a0invite the Higher Power to flow into you and your circumstances; to\u00a0love and heal any negativity generated by your old world attitudes and actions.\u00a0 Ask that\u00a0things work out better than if you had been in an unconditionally loving space to start with.\u00a0 Trust the process of ascension to get you through this to a good place.<\/p>\n
When you observe people around behaving in old world ways, here is one way to respond which empowers you and helps to resolve any problems that are being created:<\/p>\n
— Center on your Inner Wisdom in your heart and soul, and from that clear place,\u00a0invite the unconditionally loving Higher Power to be present within those circumstances; to surround them completely (let the higher power define how big it is), to protect\u00a0and contain the experience\u00a0so it will\u00a0serve\u00a0only the greater good.\u00a0 Ask that\u00a0unconditional love from the\u00a0Higher Power\u00a0will\u00a0remind\u00a0all involved\u00a0that they are an important part the One.\u00a0 Ask\u00a0that the challenges\u00a0they bring\u00a0only be as great as is helpful; and that they too will ascend when the time is right for them.\u00a0 Give thanks to the Higher Power.\u00a0\u00a0If you can find it in you,\u00a0also give thanks for the old world energies, and all the gifts we have gained through their influence in our lives and world.<\/p>\n
The old world energies have been our teachers and our soul building equipment throughout\u00a0our\u00a0evolution.\u00a0 Now we are moving beyond them as our souls are strong now; capable of joining increasingly with our Higher Selves and finding unity with all life.\u00a0 As this happens the old world is passing away.\u00a0 The old world\u00a0has fear\u00a0because of\u00a0this, but it isn’t necessary for them to fear.\u00a0 All things are eternal and a part of the One.\u00a0 We will all change, but as we change we only become more true to ourselves, all we lose is the negativity.\u00a0 What we gain is worth hoping and living for day by day, during this ascension process.<\/p>\n
