Hi Ascending Friends!<\/p>\n

I have been invited to assist in many huge initiatives for the ascension process over recent weeks.\u00a0 I can’t freely talk about it all at this time, but am excited about what is going on!\u00a0 I know you are feeling the changes as well, each in your own way.\u00a0 It could feel like things are more positive, clear and light.\u00a0 It could also sometimes feel uncomfortable in a wide variety of ways.\u00a0 Sometimes the question you have to ask yourself is:\u00a0 Is this illness or ascension?\u00a0 Very often it is the latter, and so you just ride it out and give thanks as the old world passes away within you, so the new world has room to take root and grow more fully.<\/p>\n

The changes that are happening lately range from genetic to political\/social\/financial to planetary, spiritual and cosmic.\u00a0 It is a time of\u00a0comprehensive change.\u00a0 Below is a quick but effective meditative tool for staying in your new world self while the old world stuff passes away:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Breath into your Inner Wisdom, deep within your new world heart chakra in the middle of your chest.\u00a0 Center there as though you were looking out at the world through your heart and then step back until you feel that peaceful openness of your Inner Wisdom, who is a focus of your individual facet of The One Source.<\/li>\n
  2. Ask your Inner Wisdom, to bring you into your new world self within the new world nursery.\u00a0 The “new world nursery” is a focus of support in spirit for your new world self, helping it to grow stronger and thrive within our world.<\/li>\n
  3. Ask that your old world self would be nurtured in the old world nursery, where it can be supported as it too prepares to ascend when the time is right and in its own way.<\/li>\n
  4. Your Higher Self will bridge between these two focusses of yourself as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This meditation can be used throughout your day to help you remember to live from your new world self wherever you are and whatever is going on.\u00a0 In the new world experience, everything is easier and more comfortable; you can flow with life from a place of deeper trust, and confidence.<\/p>\n
