Hi Ascending Friends!<\/p>\n

Ascension is happening!\u00a0 It is spiritual, but also an organic process being born from within the very cells and genetic material of our bodies and also of all life forms on Earth.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0seeds of ascension which have been planted within all life since the conception of the universe are awakening.\u00a0 These are seeds of\u00a0The Holy Spirit which is the raw material that the new world is being born out of.\u00a0 This very beautiful spiritual energy, responding to the awakening call of ascension\u00a0throughout the universe, provides the necessary substance for growing our new world experience.\u00a0 When\u00a0this beautiful energy\u00a0is joined by our Higher Selves (our individual\u00a0facets of the Oneness of life), their joining makes them\u00a0mother and father \u00a0to the new world experience within our individual selves.<\/p>\n

Ascension is\u00a0happening naturally\u00a0within us, it isn’t a fad or something that you need to get from outside of yourself, but there are things you can do to enjoy the ascension process more fully and facilitate your new world experience.\u00a0 Below are some suggestions to make the most of the way the new world is emerging right now:<\/p>\n

Hug yourself daily and welcome yourself into the new world.\u00a0 It is growing stronger every day and this will help you to align with that in your experience.<\/p>\n

Stop\u00a0for just a few minutes,\u00a0one to four\u00a0times a day,\u00a0and center on your heart and the Inner Wisdom that is easiest to find deep within it.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0From that center, welcome your own true\u00a0Higher Self to join with the Holy Spirit\u00a0awakening within your body’s molecular structure\u00a0and your own true soul.\u00a0 Ask\u00a0the Essence of Truth of The\u00a0Holy Spirit to\u00a0grow within you, to\u00a0feed the emergence of\u00a0your new world self.<\/p>\n
