Joyful Holiday Ascending Friends! Whether or not you celebrate Christmas, there is something to celebrate today!
I don’t often use the term Christ, because the dark side of religion confuses many people of true spirit. It did me for a very long time, and I had to work hard to untangle what I knew to be true from much of what I was taught as a child. I had some amazing experiences that helped me know my dear friend Ascended Master Jesus Christ in a very authentic way, which I tell about in my book Riding the Wave of Change – Hope Healing and Spiritual Growth for Our World. I know many people find precious gifts in their religions, and I respect that; but I think all of you know the issues I am referring to with religions and how some of us have trouble with them. It is all grist for the mill of personal ascension!
You can call the Cosmic Christ spirit by many names including: Jesus of Nazareth, Mother Mary, Buddha, Quan Yin, Ascended Master, Essence of Truth etc.. And when you connect truly, they all carry the same beautiful quality of true Being. Many, many Beings in our universe rightly carry the title Christ, which indicates their ascended state of Unity with God and all life, while remaining wholly individually unique.
Whatever we call this state of true Being, it is a seed within all souls planted at the beginning of creation to stimulates life’s evolution and ascension. It is what we are learning to integrate within ourselves and our world during the current phase of evolution, that we call the ascension process. I am grateful that we don’t have to throw away our truth, just because someone created a religious experience that was tangled up with truth and lies. We can love the truth with or without the religion according to our inclination! It is common that some humans will twist a powerful truth to accomplish their own selfish ends. Ultimately the lies stimulate us to seek truth within our own selves, and in that process we mature and ascend.
Within each of us the seed of our true and enlightened Being is gradually birthing itself into expression. It is so precious, powerful, wholesome and good, I just love it! So, personally I love Christmas, because it can be a time to celebrate this truth. I feel that spirit is amplified during this season; when it is dark outside so much of the time, that the light of spirit can shine brightly in that darkness, strengthening our sense of pure truth.
In each of you I see that seed of enlightenment growing and I am grateful for you in the world. Let your love resound whatever you are doing; let it be unconditional. Forgive past, present and future challenges and hurts; because they are causing people to grow. I believe in you and your higher purpose here in the world. You make a difference my friends!
