The big ascension shifts we are in the midst of continue to bring new experiences. What I notice again is the deeper grounding that is bringing greater stability to people. At the same time it can make some people feel a little bit strange, almost depressed or cut off from their Higher Self, but not quite, just not as bright as usual. This is because your focus of self is going deeper into your body where the energy is more dense than it is in your upper body and chakras.
My suggestion is that you can work with becoming more connected with your Higher Self in these lower aspects of body and aura. Then you will feel much more alive and light, while also being more grounded and stable! Below are some suggestions for how to do that:
In the past I have almost always suggested that you work from your new world heart chakra to access your Inner Wisdom. Today we will start there and then find your Inner Wisdom in some deeper places within you too.
1) Breathe into your middle of your chest and ask for your new world heart chakra. Centering there, you can use the following meditation to access your Inner Wisdom very clearly:
The Essence of Truth of God is within me, and I am within the Essence of Truth of God (I use the words ‘Essence of Truth’ here to access The One Source of all life which is present within all life, that I am calling ‘God’, at the truest vibration possible now. You can use a different term than God for this Oneness if you prefer).
2) Once you feel that clear focus of truth within your heart chakra, ask to be connected with your Inner Wisdom there, which is a focus of your own facet of God within your body.
3) Center on your Inner Wisdom as though it is directing your meditation from your heart, rather than your head. As though you could look out at the world from your Inner Wisdom in your heart.
4) Ask your Inner Wisdom to bring your focus of center of focus to your naval chakra, about 2 fingers below your belly button and in the middle of your lower abdomen. Repeat the first three steps from there, rather than your heart chakra.
5) You could continue using this same focus exercise within your root chakra if you feel you are comfortable doing so. If you feel it will be too grounded, wait until you feel ready to work deeper to do so.
6) Practice being centered within your Inner Wisdom in your naval chakra as you go about your day and see how that feels to you. If you find yourself popping up into a focus in your head, just breathe back into your heart chakra, and then into your naval again if you want.
This exercise will help awaken your true self within your lower vibration energies and help you to ascend more rapidly!
