Enjoy yourselves this week!  Ascension is light, lightness requires playfulness and fun as well as spiritual work 🙂

Make space in your day to breath and enjoy the moment.  Notice the beauty of light as it plays within the world and creates beauty; whether the soft light of a grey day or the brilliance of sun on snow, or the shine of light on the face of a smiling person. Laugh at the antics of an animal or a child, give yourself a little hug inside and reassure yourself that your value is greater than the outer things you achieve.  Your value lies in being a presence of unconditional love, which is all you could ever really be, it is what you are created from and for.  Let your heart be light.

Lightness requires trust and the joining with a higher power rather than trying to do it all yourself.  Let the higher power help, flow a bit more, make room for joy, relax.
