This Sunday is Winter Solstice!  The longest night of the year.  A great time to strengthen the light within your heart and soul.

A special bonus for this year is an astrological transit that an astrologer friend Gary Wantaja, owner and herbalist of Nature’s Products brought to my attention!  The planet Uranus brings change where we are stuck.  It is going to be stalled over our planet for Winter Solstice, which is a very unusual thing for a planet to do!  The night is the time when our unconscious self is more at the surface.  This Solstice we will have Uranus as a force of change focusing us to change some deep foundational causes of our choices and behaviors that are unconscious, instinctual, hereditary or habitual!

So anytime between now and Sunday night would be a perfect time to meditate and open those places within you that need healing, whether body, soul, mind or spirit.  Ask for the release of what has been holding you stuck in the old world experience.   Be open to receive the true light of your soul and spirit grounded with new world energy into those previously blocked areas of your life.

There is a sense that this Holiday Season is bringing a new birth of increased light and truth to our world in n a big way.  Think of Uranus as stimulating the labor process that allows what is new to come forth.
