Every day we ascend a little; perpetually recreating the relationship with our own eternal facet of The One Source of Life.  Today we see our lives and world from a clearer perspective than we did yesterday.  Some days it is hard to adjust our vision to the new perspective because we are still trying to look at life with yesterday’s eyes.

Remembering this you can refocus to find the true vision that is available today.  In this way you can let go of the past which today is your old world and move step by step into today’s new world experience, which tomorrow will in turn be old.

This is a lot of flexibility to ask of us!  But fortunately it is step by step and not all at once!  The change may not be obvious every day, but even now, looking back over the past decade or two you can see how much you have ascended and how different your current view is from those earlier days.

Once a week or so, you can meditate, asking that your whole self be brought into focus clearly in the new world.  Using a candle flame to represent the clearest focus of truth today, open your new world heart chakra in the middle of your chest to the light and invite your whole self to come to a true focus in the new world as it is available today.

Sit and breath the light of truth into your body and soul, emotion and mind, conscious and unconscious self..

Each day this focus will become a little closer to the whole truth; you will be able to perceive yourself and life with a little greater perspective and receive a deeper unity with your own facet of The One Source of Life.  How beautiful is that?!

Some days your clear perspective will feel more challenged than others.  Persistent attention to the essence of truth present within your own heart and Being will help you to greet those challenges as opportunities for a little house cleaning for your soul.  There are gifts in everything, trust your process and be flexible!  Things are changing so what is stuck today may be gone tomorrow and you will see it all more clearly when you let your perspective ascend!
