We are currently pushing through a lot of old blocks; things like addictive behaviors, giving our power away even though we know better, moving forward and then circling around back to our old habits.  There is a great deal of support for clearing these things on the spiritual planes.  I and my ascension group have been seeing a lot of old blocks that have been holding us back growing weaker and weaker in spirit recently.

Now is the time that each of us as individuals gets to break through the resistance by changing behaviors as only we can do ourselves in our daily lives.  While that support is here in spirit, we can push through the habits that have held us back and form new habits that support, nurture and help us ascend.

God is reaching toward us, we just need to reach back.  When you feel the desire to behave in self-defeating ways you can use the following meditation to achieve traction on the road to self-realization:

The Essence of Truth of God is in me and I am in The Essence of Truth of God

The essence of truth means the highest and truest focus of the One Source of Life that we can access at this time.  If the title God doesn’t work for you, call it The One Source of Life if you prefer.  It is that One that is present within all of us, not some far away deity.  It is who we truly are.

Once you have connected to The Essence of Truth of God or The Source, you can go for the shorter version – God is in me and I am in God, or The Source of Life is in me and I am in The Source.  But always the first couple of times use the essence of truth version to get the clear connection it brings.

Remember, that connection is right here within us, as well as all around us, present within all life, but hidden behind the veil of the old world.  This meditation helps you reach through that veil of confusion and separation and reclaim the oneness that is your true self!
