There is a flow of energy, like a river from the source of life that I call The Ascension River.  It is a river of unconditional love, forgiveness, grace and wholeness and it is there for all of creation when we are ready for it.

Imagine yourself in this Ascension River and let it support you, flow through you, flush out the old world energies you don’t need anymore and awaken you to your new world self which is already present and growing every day.

All challenges and concerns can be released into this river, like rocks in a rapids, let them go so God can handle the parts that are beyond your understanding and control and let the river carry you through those rocky places into the smooth clear water of your optimal self at this moment.  If you hold onto the rocks the current of life will push you against them and you will feel trapped and beat up.  Release the struggle, do your part and let the benevolent energies of the universe do the rest.

Forgiveness is a big part of that.  Release any anger, hurt, blame, shame, judgment of self or others.  As you ascend you will come to recognize all the challenges for the gifts that they have been in your lives.  For now, allow yourself to trust enough to surrender judgment and go with the flow!
