There is one potent realization standing out in this final week of my personal Hawaii world healing and ascension retreat.

From my first sunrise meditation on, the Pacific Ocean has come strongly to focus.  I have been able to feel myself deeply part of the ocean and it conveyed to me an awareness that made me wonder how I have overlooked this for so long.  However, I do believe it is just a matter of being guided to it in the right time.

Einsten and modern physicists have long understood the power of the atom.  My own work has tended to focus more on genetic molecules.  But what the ocean awakened in me was an awareness of the atom and its power.

I was able to feel each atom of the ocean as a point of potent awareness, as though they were just waiting for me on that morning, to see if I would recognize our potential to work together for world healing and ascension.  As though they were ripe and ready to transform themselves and our world, but needed my help, almost as much as I needed theirs.

My awareness expanded to recognize that it was not just ocean atoms that were ready, it was the entire world’s atoms, but the ocean brought it to my awareness and embodied the wisdom and unconditional love needed for our work.

Beginning that day and continuing since then I began working with the atoms as a way to grow unity, unconditional love, wholeness, and awaken all of life out of the dream of separation and the disease of body and soul that illusion has caused within all of us.

I started by strengthening unity between each atom and the One Source which I call essence of truth of God — the clearest focus of the One I can access at present.  This was amazing because each atom is such a powerhouse of energy.  That first day, this was as far as I went and it was enough.

The next day when I again met the ocean at sunrise I was shown the atoms as expanded, lighter and connected to the One that we all are eternally a part of though we have forgotten.  The atoms remember that unity now, since our work together, and are generating and radiating Holy Spirit/Force of Unity — the raw material that life is built of– through the firm unity of each atom with its own part of the One.  This creates the sense of essence of truth of God being awake within each created life at the most primal level.

Working with the atoms from the dawn of creation all the way into the new world, weaving change gently across time, allowed a more comprehensive transformation to begin for everyone and everything.  Whether working on updating original contracts for the old world so the new world is freed from its influence more easily.  Or working on simple healing for a physical body.  Atoms are a phenomenal support, stimulating opportunities for smoothing our journey from the old world to the new that are surprising and wonderful to experience.

In your own meditations and self-healing work, feel free to access your own atoms which are now ascending rapidly to help bring unity, wisdom, strength, unconditional love and energy you need for whatever you are working with.
