If we imagine the old world as a stage set for a play.  Once the play is done, everybody works together to break set.  We are all breaking set.  What you are struggling with is not personal, it is just the old props.  The new set is in process of being built back stage.  Take a peak, it is marvelous!

If your old stage set is giving you a hard time, meditate on the new world and immerse yourself in the energy of that.  Then returning to the old stage, relax and do the work to break set so the new world can take center stage.
