Psychic Anatomy More to Come
Body Communication Body communication is an exercise which works with the subconscious to identify the nature and cause of blocks to the flow of life force within the body, emotions and mind and to free those energies up through understanding, self-nurturing and emotional release. Most people believe that they are motivated by and function from a rational and understanding adult state. However, very often this is not the case. People often act, react and experience powerful emotions and feelings which have very little to do with our conscious beliefs about ourselves and about life. Therefore if we consider our actions and reactions objectively we will recognize a need to find a deeper motivation. Also, as mentioned before, it is very often the contradiction between our subconscious beliefs and our true natures which causes illness of body, emotion and mind. The subconscious is the part of us which has been programmed through experience or heredity to believe and function in a particular manner. The subconscious expresses itself through pure body sensation, emotion and imagery. A good name for the subconscious is the dream mind. It communicates in non-linear and often metaphorical ways as when we dream. The subconscious is our energy storehouse or powerhouse that we can access to accomplish all that we desire. However, if it is full of restrictive belief systems that energy will not be available to us. Through the technique of body communication we can access the subconscious or dream mind while fully awake. In this way, we can develop a conscious relationship with our subconscious. This relationship can allow us to heal old wounds, reform childhood programming where it no longer serves us and align our powerful subconscious with our conscious self and higher consciousness or eternal spiritual self. In order to work with body communication we will
have to be willing to release the barriers between mind and emotion,
and refocus of our consciousness from our mind to our feeling nature.
In letting go into the feeling or subconscious self, you may at first
feel the loss of boundaries and controls. You may not be accustomed
to experiencing feelings and emotions in such an intense way. However
your subconscious has barriers to letting you experience more than you
are ready for. Let go and trust that you will be safe. You will learn
to love your subconscious self and the process which frees up your energy
and allows you to become increasingly whole and true to yourself. It
is a fascinating journey. The
Healing Qabalah
The Qabalah consists of ten spheres, each relating to an aspect of creation. It is believed that the The Tree is the blue print, or basic structure on which all of creation is built. From a personal perspective, the spheres correspond to specific aspects of our self. Each sphere has a Hebrew name and an Archangel which governs the functions of creation within that sphere. Also found within each sphere are an order of angels and a corresponding planet, number and other symbols which help us to understand and access it’s energies. Using The Healing Qabalah in a treatment the healer observes the quality of energy, shape and intuitive images which we receive from a client relative to the spheres on their Tree of Life, and listening to the messages of their guides, the healer can discern what is out of balance or in need of healing in that person. Also, when presented with a physical symptom, we can learn much about what caused it by observing which spheres are involved. A brief description of the 10 spheres on The Tree of Life: (These interpretations are based on 18 years of working experience guided by The Archangels. Although generally consistent with traditional Qabalistic study, they may also be somewhat different.)
1.) Kether – above the crown of the head. This sphere represents our oneness with The All That Is, by whatever name you call that. Archangel Metatron governs this sphere. 2.) Chokmah – to the right of the head. This sphere represents our eternally free and unconditionally loving spirit and masculine force (which we all have). Also relates to our relationship with our fathers and other male authority figures. Archangel Ratziel. 3.) Binah – to the left of the head. Represents the Mother God or the cosmic womb by which our eternal spirit is focused into the restrictions of a particular incarnation. Also relates to our relationship with our mothers and female authority figures. Archangel Tzaphkiel. 4.) Chesed – right shoulder. Represents those structures which support us in our incarnation including home, family, community, religions, governments, relationships, money, pleasure etc. Archangel Tzadkiel. 5.) Geburah – left shoulder. Represents the force of change, independent action, freedom of choice. When repressed can build up and become anger. Archangel Khamael. 6.) Tipheret – heart and solar plexus. Represents our inner wisdom, balance and harmony. The Inner Wisdom, mastery. Archangel Michael. 7.) Netzach – right hip/groin. Represents the force of nature within us. Our instincts, passions, creativity and imagination. Archangel Haniel. 8.) Hod – left hip/groin. Represents the focused energy of mind and clear intention. Archangel Raphael. 9.) Yesod – reproductive area. Represents the patterns of belief - personal and hereditary which define our experience in this life. These beliefs are deeply unconscious, often related to our genetic make-up, social programming, past experiences or soul contracts. Archangel Gabriel. 10.) Malkuth – the root chakra, and below the feet. Represents the earth, or manifest form. Here the world gives us what we assume about life, consciously or unconsciously. When we heal and clear those old structures found in Yesod, our experience changes. Archangel Sandalphon.
A Healer Practitioner can read and balance a client’s Tree of Life, discussing with them what they find and working to understand why imbalances exist for that person. They Archangels work to bring healing and balance while the Healer Practitioner works consciously with the client to bring ongoing change into their life. They may often offer spiritual exercises as homework to help retrain the person’s energy systems. The Healing Qabalah is a favorite tool of Healer Practitioners who are also psychotherapists, offering them a way to recognize the deeper issues beneath a person’s emotional and mental symptoms. Where a client has been floundering, not really being able to move forward with their psychological recovery and healing, the Healing Qabalah can open a door for healing the cause of the problem so that true change becomes possible. The Healing Qabalah is one tool in The Healer
Practitioners Toolkit. Used with the other tools, it becomes like
a spiritual compass showing the direction in which healing can progress. Rage Work Our creator, whom we might call the One, the All That
Is, chose in its wisdom to create for itself the experience of many
individual selves. Because in Ultimate Reality, there is only one state
of being, the One which we are had to create an illusion of separateness.
In order to create the illusion of separateness from One, we had to
create a subjective experience of something that is not that One. So,
there was created the experience of good and evil, time and space, dark
and light, male and female and all of what we experience as duality
of life. The One created these dualities and all of the circumstances
of separateness, knowing that the challenges and dangers innate within
them would create a wonderful adventure of forgetfulness of Self and
then the consequent Re-Membering of Self which is the return to the
consciousness of Oneness. When we have repressed emotional reactions stored
up, it takes a tremendous amount to energy to keep them repressed. Each
time something upsets us, and our emotions get riled up, along with
a reasonable emotional response there comes the force of all the emotions
that you have stored up about a similar situation in the past, and so
your reaction becomes excessively strong to even minor threats and offenses.
When a "good" person finds himself or herself overreacting
because of this, they learn to simply stay away from any negative response
at all. People like these learn to please others at all costs; to keep
the peace, so that no violent interactions take place. For one of these
"good" people who have been through great trauma, especially
at the hands of those they love such as close family, the fear of their
own repressed violence is huge. Often the single most frightening aspect
of remembering abuse is the memory of how a person felt so angry that
they wanted to kill the abuser, or wished they were dead. These feelings
can sometimes be very powerful, and yet, of course, a sane and loving
person would not act on them. However, not acting on these powerful
reactions costs a great deal to the person who holds in that power.
They have to hold it in for the rest of their life, unless they find
a way to release it in a safe and effective manner. Spirit
Helpers & Spirit Beings There are numerous beings in spirit that love and serve us in various ways. They assist us in fulfilling our tasks in life and guide us in our learning. They protect us and work through us as we allow them. Together we fulfill a larger purpose that we have mutually agreed to accomplish prior to incarnating. They help us because they love to, and through this service, they also learn and develop. It may be said that their evolution is tied with ours and the larger purpose, which we have committed to fulfill. I feel certain that all of you have a connection to The Universal Life Force and that you are already receiving guidance and assistance. You have love and belief in something higher than yourself and are being influenced spiritually, although you may choose to define how that influence functions in a way that is different than here presented. Our minds cannot define the entire workings of The Universe. We must always be working with concepts that are limited in accuracy but which serve us for a time. Perhaps these concepts will serve you. Your helpers in spirit will present themselves to your consciousness in various and diverse ways. The forms of your consciousness with which they choose to clothe themselves are for your benefit. They will present themselves in whatever way suits their purpose or is most easily understood by you. They are using the language of dreams; drawing images from your own unconscious self in order to communicate their essence to you. ARCHANGELS
SPIRIT BEINGS There are many kinds of beings living and working on the spiritual planes just as there are many kinds of people and different beings on the earth plane. Like people, spirit beings may be enlightened and creative in intent, generally not conscious or indifferent in intent, or they may be downright negative in consciousness and intent. All beings are a part of God and all have useful roles to fulfill in the general evolution of consciousness, and in particular, our evolution as individuals. It is important that you treat these negative energies as the teachers, which they are to you. When you feel frightened or hateful toward them, those energies feed negativity and therefore, you are giving them your energy. But, these adversarial energies seem to find love and thankfulness highly distasteful. And they have no that we don't give to them ourselves. When we recognize our power to create and recreate at will our experience of reality, and when we are truly ready to reclaim our power in a particular area, we will find that clearing a negative being is no harder than bidding them good-bye and thank you. We have already spoken at length about angels and guides and the creative spirits. Let us now speak about the indifferent or neutral spirits. These spirits are strictly out to get what they want, they have no strong connection to a larger purpose, and may be helpful or malignant as it serves them. All spirits that I am aware of would fall into one or the other of the above mentioned categories whether they be angels, humans, elementals, or what people traditionally call demons. We call demons 'negative entities'. We have learned not to fear them but to use them as teachers. Another term that I use for them is "spiritual virus" since like a physical virus, they are present all the time and pose no problem unless our vibration is lowering or rising dramatically which may cause us to become temporarily "sick".
Chakras When light from the sun passes through water in the atmosphere
it refracts into its primary spectrum of color and we see a rainbow;
violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange and red. When the light
of spirit passes through our aura, it is refracted into the same color
spectrum on a subtle level, which is discernible to higher vision. Our
auras are rainbows! The individual colors are expressed through the
different psychic centers often called chakras.
3) SOLAR PLEXUS CENTER 4) HEART CENTER 5) THROAT CENTER 7) CROWN CENTER The psychic centers can easily become out of tune and blocked due to the stress and traumas of living. When this occurs, our whole being functions inefficiently. We may become sick, or be susceptible to other people's negativity. However, by visualizing the centers (to me they look like brilliantly colored floodlights) and imagining them filled with and radiating the proper colors of light, we can tune them. By visualizing the clear and brilliantly colored lights filling and overflowing our centers and deliberately receiving the energies of the colors we will be raising our energies of body, emotion, mind and spirit into harmony with life. As we do this, we will notice that certain centers feel blocked, limited or dark. Using the information we have on the different centers and their functions, we can get an idea of which aspects of our personalities are involved and deliberately work on the issues involved. Using the other tools that we will soon learn, we will be able to identify what we have been suppressing, and therefore, what outmoded belief system is causing the block. We will be able to release the suppressed energy and develop more creative ways of functioning in the world. The practice of keeping ourselves in tune is not only excellent preventive medicine; it is also a powerful form of psychic self-protection. For some, it may take practice to become skilled at this exercise. But you will find that it is well worth the effort. As you become more and more finely tuned, you will notice that your mind becomes clearer and more ingenious, your emotions freer and more satisfying. Your skills of higher sense perception will naturally develop into an effective part of your life. You will also feel less vulnerable to illness, other people's negativity and exhaustion.
